The Journey Begins
At dawn, Arin packed some food, a small knife, and the mysterious map. Without telling anyone, he left the village.
The map guided him through dense forests where sunlight barely touched the ground. Strange creatures watched him from the shadows—eyes glowing, silent and curious.
After two days of walking, he reached the foot of a massive mountain.
Suddenly, a voice called out—
"You shouldn't be here."
Arin turned and saw a girl standing behind him. She had sharp eyes and carried a bow.
"My name is Lyra," she said. "And you're heading straight into danger."
Arin showed her the map.
Lyra's expression changed.
"That… that's the map of Aeloria. It was destroyed centuries ago."
"Destroyed?" Arin asked.
"Yes," she replied. "By a dark force called the Shadow King."
Arin hesitated, but then said, "I have to go. I heard a voice—it's calling me."
Lyra looked at him for a moment and then sighed.
"Fine. But you won't survive alone. I'm coming with you."
And just like that, their journey began together.
