Ryan wouldn't make the same incredibly stupid mistake as other Spider-Men, repeatedly letting villains escape just to save people!
He could save the tram, but Morlun had to die first!

As Ryan's fingers suddenly clenched, Morlun's heart in his hand was instantly crushed!
As the heart burst, the Morlun Ryan was holding gradually lost all signs of life, becoming a total corpse!
But Ryan didn't feel it was safe enough yet, so several sharp Symbiote tentacles extended from his back and plunged into Morlun's body, directly draining the corpse until it was as dry as it could possibly be.
When Ryan let go, Morlun's mummified corpse fell to the ground and shattered into a floor full of Ice Pops!
If it were an ordinary supervillain, being shattered into such a state would surely mean there was no hope of coming back to life...
But Morlun was one of those unusual supervillains in the Multiverse!
In the void where no one could see, Morlun, floating in the tram in soul form, stared fixedly at Ryan's back, cursing with a soulful voice that ordinary people couldn't hear:

Now, Morlun didn't just fear Ryan's physically cruel methods; even his soul was trembling in fear of Ryan!
At this moment, he no longer wanted revenge or anything of the sort. He only wanted to quickly open a Spatial Rift and have his soul escape this Universe, never to return!
But in the next moment, something even more despairing happened!
In the past, after their Clones died, their souls only needed a single thought to open a Soul Passage and return to Inheritor Family's secret Base in Universe One.
But now, Morlun found that his soul was completely unable to leave, as if... the space here had been locked!
And there was only one person who could have caused this!
That was...
Morlun's soul snapped his gaze toward Ryan, only to see Ryan playing with a Blue Cube in his hand!
It was that Blue Cube that had locked the surrounding space, preventing his soul from traveling through space back to Universe One!
