Chapter 1 - The Fall of a Legend

The sky burned red that evening.

It wasn't unusual for the warrior world—but today, the color felt heavier… darker.

Inside a stone house at the edge of the village, Kaelen Nythera stood in silence, fastening the last piece of his armor.

He didn't rush.

He never did.

A man who had fought countless battles knew one thing—

rushing only got you killed.

Behind him, four boys stood watching.

Aren. Lior. Raiden. Veyr.

All of them still young… but none of them ordinary.

They carried the blood of Nythera.

A bloodline feared even among warriors.

"Father…"

The voice came from the youngest, Veyr.

"…are you going again?"

Kaelen turned slowly.

His eyes softened for just a moment.

"Yes."

Raiden stepped forward immediately. "Then I'm coming too."

His voice was sharp. Impulsive. Just like lightning.

Kaelen shook his head.

"You're not ready."

"I am ready!" Raiden snapped.

Before things escalated, Aren stepped in, placing a hand on Raiden's shoulder.

"Stop," Aren said calmly.

But his own fists were clenched.

Lior stood quietly at the back, observing everything.

He didn't speak.

But he understood more than the others.

This war…

felt different.

Near the doorway stood Elara Nythera.

She had been silent the whole time.

Watching.

Feeling.

Understanding.

"You said this war wouldn't reach here," she finally spoke.

Kaelen didn't look at her immediately.

"I said I would try."

"That's not the same thing," she replied.

For a moment, silence filled the room.

Then Kaelen walked toward her.

"I don't have a choice," he said quietly.

"If I don't go… this village falls."

Elara's eyes trembled slightly.

But she didn't cry.

Not yet.

Outside, a deep war horn echoed through the land.

The call had come.

Kaelen turned toward the door.

Then he stopped.

Without looking back, he said—

"Raise them strong."

Elara's voice came cold and steady.

"They are Nythera."

A pause.

"They will be stronger than you."

For the first time, a faint smile appeared on Kaelen's face.

Then he stepped out.

And didn't look back.

⚔️ The Battlefield

The war had already begun.

The ground was shattered.

The air was filled with fire, smoke, and the clash of power.

The moment Kaelen stepped onto the battlefield—

everything shifted.

"Kaelen Nythera…"

Whispers spread across both sides.

Because everyone knew—

When a True Nythera enters the battlefield…

the war changes.

Flames erupted around him.

Water bent with his movement.

Lightning cracked through the sky.

Ice formed beneath his feet.

He didn't just control one element.

He controlled all of them.

Enemies charged.

They didn't last.

Kaelen moved like a force of nature.

Each attack precise.

Each movement overwhelming.

But then—

He stopped.

Because he felt it.

A presence.

Familiar.

Dangerous.

From the other side of the battlefield, a man walked forward.

Calm.

Confident.

Smiling.

Darius Nythera.

Same bloodline.

Same origin.

But something… was wrong.

Dark energy surrounded him.

Twisted.

Corrupted.

"…So you've finally shown yourself," Kaelen said.

Darius smiled.

"Of course."

He stepped closer.

"I couldn't miss the fall of a legend."

Kaelen's eyes narrowed.

"You've fallen far."

Darius tilted his head.

"No… I've evolved."

The battlefield grew silent around them.

Even the fighting slowed.

Because everyone understood—

This fight…

would decide everything.

⚡ The Final Battle

They moved at the same time.

The clash shook the ground.

Fire met darkness.

Lightning tore through the sky.

Ice shattered.

Water exploded into waves.

Kaelen fought with control.

Darius fought with chaos.

"You're still holding back," Darius said, dodging an attack.

"I'm trying not to kill you," Kaelen replied.

Darius laughed.

"That's why you'll lose."

The fight intensified.

Faster.

More dangerous.

Kaelen pushed forward.

Dominating.

For a moment—

it looked like he would win.

Then—

everything changed.

A sudden shift.

A mistake.

Or maybe…

a trap.

Darius moved.

Faster than before.

Darker than before.

And then—

he struck.

Kaelen froze.

He looked down.

Blood.

"…You…" he whispered.

Darius stood in front of him.

Unshaken.

Cold.

"War isn't about honor," Darius said quietly.

"It's about power."

Kaelen dropped to one knee.

The battlefield faded.

The noise disappeared.

In that moment…

He didn't think about the war.

He thought about them.

Aren.

Lior.

Raiden.

Veyr.

"…grow stronger…" he whispered.

"…don't let Nythera fall…"

And then—

Kaelen Nythera fell.

🌑 Aftermath

Darius stood there.

Looking at him.

For a moment…

nothing moved.

Then he turned away.

Because he knew—

If the truth came out…

the Nythera bloodline would hunt him.

So he disappeared.

Into the shadows.

🕯️ The Oath

The news reached the village.

Elara didn't cry.

She stood still.

The four boys stood behind her.

Confused.

Silent.

"Is it true?" Aren asked.

No one answered.

They didn't need to.

That night—

Elara gathered them.

Her eyes had changed.

"You are not children anymore," she said.

Raiden frowned. "Then what are we?"

Elara's voice turned cold.

"You are Nythera."

Silence.

"One day…"

Her gaze hardened.

"You will become strong enough…"

"To kill the one who betrayed your blood."

The wind howled outside.

And in that moment—

four warriors were born.
