Turles chuckled and patted Bulma's head before turning to the young man. "Trunks, for Bulma's sake, I'll help you one last time. But after this, you're on your own."
A red glint flashed in Turles' eyes as a surge of Miracle Power quietly manifested. "Now... let this world return to how it was before Zamasu's rampage!"
Trunks stared at Turles in utter confusion. Restore it? How? Just by saying it?
But in the next heartbeat, Trunks' expression froze. He suddenly felt a multitude of ki signatures appearing across the Earth. To his shock, the Supreme Kai of this timeline appeared right before his eyes.
The deity looked around nervously before locking eyes with Trunks.
"Trunks... what happened? I thought I had died?"
Trunks stammered, "I—I don't know! Mr. Turles just said the world should go back to the way it was before Zamasu, and then you just... appeared."
"Zamasu? That Supreme Kai? Have you defeated him? And who is this 'Mr. Turles'?"
Goku and Vegeta watched the scene in stunned silence. A Humanoid Shenron? Just what kind of power is this?
As the Miracle Power rippled outward, the entire universe seemed to hit a "rewind" button, rapidly reviving everything that had been lost.
Beerus' Planet
In the Sacred World of the Destroyer, Beerus bolted upright in bed, drenched in cold sweat.
"Whis! Whis! Why does it feel like I just died?!"
Whis chuckled softly. "That's because you did, Lord Beerus."
Beerus' pupils shrank. Memories flooded back, and he gritted his teeth. "The Supreme Kai?!"
Whis nodded again. "Indeed, Lord Beerus. It was the Supreme Kai. However, he has been resurrected, and so have you."
Veins popped on Beerus' forehead as a murderous glint entered his eyes. "That damned Supreme Kai! He dragged me to the grave with him! Whis, what the hell happened? Why did he die in the first place?"
Whis sighed. "Lord Beerus, a Supreme Kai named Zamasu went rogue. He was eventually dealt with by the God of Destruction of Time. Your resurrection was also his doing. The details are..."
Beerus waved him off. "Save the details for the flight. Take me to the Supreme Kai immediately!"
"As you wish, Lord Beerus."
On the other side, Turles nodded in satisfaction. After absorbing the attribute points for Miracle Power from Super Shenron, his ability had evolved. Granting a wish on a multiversal scale like this was now effortless.
The Supreme Kai walked up to Turles and gave a deep, formal bow.
"I thank the God of Destruction of Time for his assistance. You have restored our timeline to its proper state."
Turles waved a hand dismissively. "Don't mention it. Zamasu's actions involved the Time Realm, so we had to step in. But now that things are settled, it's time for us to head back."
He turned to Trunks and gave a meaningful wink. "I believe you have someone waiting for you at home, don't you, Trunks?"
Trunks blinked, then his face lit up with joy. If the world was restored to before Zamasu's attack, that meant his mother and Mai were alive!
Trunks bowed deeply to Turles. "Thank you for everything, Mr. Turles. I'll be going now!"
Without another word, he powered up and flew toward Capsule Corp at top speed.
Turles shook his head with a smile. "Alright, Bulma, Kakarot, Vegeta. Our work here is done. Let's go."
The Supreme Kai was taken aback. "Lord God of Destruction of Time, are you leaving so soon? I wished to host a banquet in your honor..."
"Heh, no need for banquets," Turles laughed. "But you should probably be careful. I suspect someone is coming to settle a score with you very soon!"
Turles gave the Supreme Kai a cryptic smile before vanishing along with Bulma, Goku, and Vegeta.
The Supreme Kai stared at the spot where they had been, confused. "Settle a score? I am a god of the highest order in this universe. Who would have the nerve to settle a score with me?"
Just then, a hand dropped heavily onto his shoulder.
"Heh heh heh... is that so? Because your little stunt really, really pissed me off."
The Supreme Kai turned around, bewildered by the purple cat-like man standing behind him. "And who might you be? Do we know each other?"
Lord Beerus' body twitched almost imperceptibly. He gritted his teeth. "You... you don't know who I am?"
The Supreme Kai looked even more puzzled. "Should I?"
Beerus took a deep, trembling breath. "Fine. Good! GREAT! Today, I'm going to make sure you never forget me!"
Turles didn't wait to see the Supreme Kai's fate. He had already returned to his own timeline with Bulma, Goku, and Vegeta.
As soon as they arrived, Goku and Vegeta departed immediately. The Zamasu incident had been a wake-up call. Seeing Turles' power had pushed their desire for strength to a fever pitch.
They dove straight into training. Notably, both of them officially joined Turles' Time Patrol and received his specialized dimensional training methods.
Palace of Zeno
The Grand Minister received word from the Time Realm and let out a heavy sigh.
"I never imagined such a 'talent' would emerge from among the Supreme Kais. To use the Time Rings I personally secured from the Time Realm for such chaos... honestly..."
Even with the Grand Minister's immense composure, he felt like cursing. What was the Supreme Kai of Universe 10 teaching? He had raised a naturally evil apprentice who then went and embarrassed the Grand Minister in front of the Time Realm.
Now, the Time Realm was demanding the return of the Time Rings. If the God of Destruction of Time hadn't handled it quickly, the mess could have been catastrophic.
"It seems the tournament Zen-Oh wished for needs to happen sooner rather than later," the Grand Minister mused. "It's time to give them a wake-up call. These universes haven't developed much, yet they have plenty of time to cause trouble. Do they find their immortal lives so boring that they need this much excitement?"
The Grand Minister immediately sent out a transmission:
"All Angels, Gods of Destruction, and Supreme Kais of every universe are to report to the Palace of Zeno immediately. And Supreme Kais—don't forget to bring your Time Rings!"
