We skip to 2 days later
There is multiple bus's seen with many students going in on them
Leif: "Riven sit here!" He yells as he waves at Riven while sitting
Leif: "You ready bro?" He asks Riven
Riven: "Duh, and am pretty sure Reina is gonna get further than us" He replies as he suddenly looks at Reina
Reina: "Of course I will, us woman are more agile so it's definitely a sure B grade or above" she then replies while looking smug
"Alright no need to flex Reina" Leif replies
We skip to 2 hours later the bus is now near the very edge of the world tree
Leif: "Man the world tree sure is big huh? You can't even see the end when your at the edge" He says as he looks outside the window
"Alright we're here, come out" the bus driver yells as he opens the door
The student now off the bus, starts entering the test area
And as the students gather approximately 500 thousand students were in the area and more in the other areas, and suddenly a instructor at the stage near the gates, makes a announcement
Instructor at the stage: "TO ALL YOU SOON TO BE RESONATORS, THE ASSOCIATION IS THANKFUL THAT YOU ALL CHOSE TO HELP US IN PROTECTING THE WORLD, AND IN ADDITION, US, YOUR SENIORS, GIVE YOU A FEW ADVICES,

BE DETERMINED,
RUN UNTIL YOU FALL,
RUN LIKE YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT,
ALL OF YOU WERE BORN MORE ATHLETIC AND WITH MORE STAMINA,
YOU'RE ALL THE NEXT GENERATION OF HOPE,
WE WILL BE EXPECTING MANY THINGS,
AND ALSO, THE MOMENT ALL 10 GATES BEHIND ME OPENS, THE TEST WILL BEGIN"
And the moment the instructor finished the announcement, the gates open,
Immediately the students ran, some tumbled, some fell over, but all of them had something similar,

Leif: "So we didn't reach A grade huh? By the way, Reina shouldn't you have been able to reach A grade?" He says as he looks at Reina while their sitting

Reina: "Shut the hell up" she says as she punches Leif
Riven: "Stop being so noisy, let's just wait quietly, we're like very far so we gotta wait" he reminds them as he separates the both of them
"Fine" says the both of them while glaring at each other's
30 minutes pass and all the students are taken back in the main testing area
Instructor: "ALRIGHT, SINCE YOUR ALL BACK HERE, WE WILL CONTINUE THE TEST, IF YOU TAKE A LOOK AT YOUR LEFT OR RIGHT, YOU MAY SEE A BUILDING WITH A HUGE GATE, YOU HAVE ALL HAVE TO GO INSIDE ONE BY ONE AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS"
Says the instructor while pointing at the gates
Riven: "So who should go first? One of you or me?"
Reina: "You go can go first"
Leif: "No no I should go first" he says shamelessly
Reina: "Oh let the guy go first, hes always been the one to be last" she replies as she pinches and grabs his ear while signaling at Riven to go first
Leif: "Ow! ow! ow! Let go of my ear! It hurts" he says as he sees Riven go first
Leif: "Awwww man"
Riven: "Alright guys see you later after the test" he waves back at them as he enters the gate
Inside the gate
Instructor: "Alright we got our first person to test, whats your full name, age and race" the person asks Riven while being above in a balcony
Riven: "My name is Riven Grayson, age 17 and race human"
Instructor: "Alright, and now say system inside your head"
Riven follows through and sees a system pop up infront of him
Instructor: "Alright now, scroll below to see your skills and tell me what the names are, so we can test what it does right after"
Riven scrolls and sees the skills
Riven: "My skills are, Retrieval, barrier control and kinetic absorption" He replies as he checks the skill description on hes own
Instructor: "Alright now, tell me the description of each skills starting with retrieval"
Riven: "For retrieval, it says, the ability to retrieve any owned item or valuable at a personally controlled speed when it's fast it slows down the moment it is 2 inches away from the user" He replies as he goes to check the next skill description
Instructor: "Alright thank you now for the barrier control"
Riven: "It says, the ability to create a barrier anywhere the user wants, the size and shape can be controlled, the durability of the barrier can be enhanced by it being broken in a set amount of times while in battle" he replies as he reads the last skill description
Instructor: "Alright now for the last skill"
Riven: "Kinetic absorption, the ability to absorb the force and negate of any attack that are blunt with the only thing that can dmg the user being sharp weapons or objects,
The absorbed force can be released with the use of physical attacks" He replies as he waits for the next instruction
Instructor: "Alright now we will test your skills, and since one of your skill needs a owned item to work, I will have a staff give you a weapon of choice for free, and I will be calling for a golem for you to test, and while we wait what weapon do you want?"
Riven thinks for a quick minute and gets a weapon in mind
Riven: "I got the weapons in mind, I want 2 chakrams, and a single spear if possible" He replies while being nervous
Instructor: "Hmmmmm, alright you can have 3 for free but it won't have any orieces on any of it" he then calls in a staff to get the weapons
As they wait for the weapons, the opposite gate from where Riven entered, opens up and a golem enters,
The golem was the size of a adult human while being extremely smooth with no ridges
Instructor: "Alright the golem got here first, in that case we would be testing your 2 other skills first if that's fine"
Riven: "that's fine"
Instructor: "Alright for the first skill use your barrier control, to activate a skill, you need to have the intent to use the specific skill"
Riven: "Alright "
A barrier appears Infront of Riven the size of a the gate but with a thickness of 5 inches
The golem them attacks it 5 times before it the barrier breaks
Instructor: "Alright the barriers current durability seem to be great as those hits is a attack as strong as a grade E bugsters attack,
And for the next, I want to warn you, the attack that the golem will do is weak enough to not injure you but just enough to knock you back a bit,"
Riven: "It's fine sir, I can just endure it"
Instructor: "Alright activate your skill the golem will be attacking after 10 secs"
Riven activates kinetic absorption then a system pops up
[30 Seconds before kinetic absorption is deactivated]
Then 5 secs later the golem punches Riven in the stomach, but he didn't get knocked back, nor did he groan
Riven: "Sir I didn't feel anything and a system popped up talking about the amount of time before it deactivated on its own right after I activated it" he says as the golem walks back to it's original position
Instructor: "alright now attack it back while thinking of releasing the force you absorbed"
And the moment Riven attacks the golem, it was strong enough to leave a big dent
Instructor: "that's good, it seems like it boosts the released force as well"
And as the instructor finishes talking, a staff enters with the chakrams and spear in hand
Instructor: "Looks like your weapon arrived in time, and looks like we'll have to rush your test as it's been 8 minutes and others have to be tested too, you can test Retrieval immediately" he says as he looks at hes device while tossing the weapons at Riven
Riven catches the weapon and goes to test it,
He then throws both chakram with force and while both is in the air, he activates retrieval making the weapons rush back to him then it slows down just in time,
Riven takes rests chakrams at the ground, and then throws the spear and waits for it to hit the golem, and right after it hit the golem Riven activates retrieval and as the spear goes to him, the spear head faces towards him and then points in the roof the moment it hit the 2 inch range
Instructor: "Alright and just in time your test is finished, go enter to the gate behind the golem and register yourself as a resonator in the counter, and stay safe" he says as he signals at another staff to let the next student go inside
