Bai Su asked curiously, "The International Alliance sent someone to protect me? Where are they?"
Lu Tingyan ruffled her hair. "He'll be on duty in a month and a half. He won't meet you as a police officer; he'll probably blend in with the customers at your restaurant."
Bai Su nodded, only half-understanding.
She wasn't particularly afraid. She had plenty of points in her system and had already exchanged them for several protective items—enough for several narrow escapes.
She had also gotten corresponding items for Lu Tingyan, Yelias, and the three children.
Even if the number one assassin came, it would be difficult for them to kill her or the important people around her in a single blow.
Lu Tingyan said, still a little worried, "Be careful. Call me immediately if anything happens, okay?"
Bai Su nodded emphatically.
Lu Tingyan was incredibly busy every day.
