Ivan Gray had never imagined he would face a situation like this after what he'd said to Yara Keats. He froze, stunned. It took him a long moment to snap out of it and quickly call her driver.
The driver was unaware of the situation, only that he had taken Yara Keats and her luggage to the York Mansion earlier that day.
When he learned that Yara Keats had actually returned to the Yorks', Ivan Gray's heart sank. He lowered his phone and spoke quietly to Timothy York's back, "Mr. York, Miss Keats... she's gone to the York Mansion..."
Timothy York, however, seemed utterly unsurprised by this news. He simply turned and headed for the door.
Seeing no change in his expression, Ivan Gray's heart still pounded with anxiety. He felt a desperate need to explain. "Mr. York..."
Timothy York cut him off. "We're going to get her," he stated simply.
Hearing that, Ivan Gray said no more and quickly followed Timothy York out the door.
