Zoe Rhodes said nonchalantly, "I want to ask Zane Hawthorne to arrange a job for me. I figure it's best to avoid Jasper Hawthorne."
"I see." Vance's expression didn't betray anything. "But you want to work at the Hawthorne Group?"
"Yeah."
Vance paused for a moment before saying, "But I get the feeling Zane's ideas on this don't quite align with yours."
