"What?!"
Ma Hui was stunned. He never would have imagined that so many people would come to collect their debts! It was as if nearly all his building material suppliers had ganged up to demand payment from him.
Ma Hui suppressed the rage in his heart and questioned him, "President Li, what you're all doing goes against the rules. How am I supposed to keep working with you in the future?"
After a moment's hesitation, President Li said, "Boss Ma, there's something I shouldn't be saying right now, but considering we've had a decent partnership in the past, I'll give you a heads-up—Lihong Cement will no longer be working with you."
"What do you mean by that?" Ma Hui asked, dumbfounded.
President Li replied, "It's simple. From now on, Lihong Cement will no longer sell you any cement. Not a single bag."
"Why?" Ma Hui demanded, a wicked anger flaring up inside him.
President Li gave a bitter laugh. "I don't know the reason. That's just the notice I received from corporate."
