After a week of clearing out Demon Fiends, Su Qing returned to the Sect once again.
The snow had melted from Cold Extremity Peak, leaving it warmer, and a few flowers had bloomed.
Luo Lanxin was off to the side, brow furrowed as she cast a Magic spell on a flower.
"Luo Lanxin, what are you doing?" Su Qing asked.
Luo Lanxin glanced at Su Qing, a troubled expression on her face. "I'm trying to create a new Magic spell, one that promotes plant Growth."
"Did it work?" Su Qing asked.
Luo Lanxin shook her head. "It has some effect on the Growth of ordinary plants, but it takes too much Time."
"And the plant's root system is too short; it can't even support itself."
Su Qing asked, "Why are you trying to create a spell like this instead of focusing on your Cultivation?"
"The Sect Lord is offering a reward. If you create more than ten new Magic spells within a year and submit them to the Sect, you get a chance to enter the Celestial Treasure Cellar."
