Seraphina Quinn offered a smile that didn't reach her eyes.
"Er... Sommers, you have a strange sense of humor." After a pause, she added, "Sommers... I have something else to attend to, so I won't keep you."
After leaving the hotel, Seraphina Quinn stood for a long while, letting the city's night breeze wash over her before getting into her car.
As soon as she drove back to her apartment, a call came in from Charles Winslow. "How did it go?"
Seraphina Quinn keyed in her passcode and pushed the door open. "Not good, but not bad either."
Charles Winslow scoffed lightly. "Explain."
After giving Charles Winslow a rough summary of what had happened, Seraphina told him:
"Tomorrow, take a screenwriter from Luminous Media to talk to Kara Sommers. Tell her that if she accepts the third female lead in *Rising Sun*, Luminous Pictures will produce a custom historical idol drama for her and make her the female lead."
