She could just about tolerate it when Damian Fairchild was the one upsetting her.
But from anyone else? Absolutely not.
Seraphina Quinn quickly threw off the covers, got out of bed, and dressed herself in a hurry.
When she got downstairs, she called Seth Thorne.
It rang for a while before Seth Thorne finally answered. "Mrs. Fairchild, it's so late. Is there something you need?"
Seraphina Quinn could tell from his voice that Seth Thorne was already off work and resting. He had probably just fallen asleep when her call woke him.
Seraphina Quinn said, "Sorry to wake you. Can you find Damian Fairchild's current location for me? I'm going to go find him."
Seth Thorne's sleepiness vanished at her words. "Mr... Fairchild hasn't returned yet?"
