Amelia Lockhart still didn't move. She just kept her eyes fixed upward, not daring to let her guard down for a second.

The snakes drew closer.
Amelia Lockhart could just make out the forms of two snakes. She channeled all her strength into her hands, her arms taut. Just as she was about to make her move, the two snakes suddenly seemed to give up on her, darting quickly in another direction!
Only then did Amelia Lockhart hear another sound. She had been so focused on the two snakes, planning to risk it all and grab them by their weak spots, that she hadn't noticed the commotion nearby.
'Did the cameraman come back?'
'Oh no!'
'How could an ordinary person deal with cobras?'
