Every year, The Moon Goddess would make a huge batch of her limited-edition mooncakes to distribute among the various Immortal Houses.
The mooncakes came in many flavors—osmanthus, immortal peach, and even lotus from The Jade Pool. But the most interesting one, the grand prize, was the Elixir Pill Mooncake made by The Moon Goddess.
The Elixirs, of course, were courtesy of the Grand Supreme Elder. It was mainly because the old geezer had nothing better to do and had concocted a bunch of strange and peculiar pills.
