"Old Master Owen Westgate had two sons while studying abroad. The eldest was Aidan Westgate, Jett Westgate's father. The younger son was Forrest Westgate, Jett's uncle."

"After the war ended, Owen Westgate returned to Aethelgard to enter politics. Aidan Westgate, following the family's arrangement, married the eldest daughter of Aethelgard's Sutton Family, Evelyn Sutton, who is Jett Westgate's mother.
