The Thornton Wizard raised his eyes slightly, meeting Silas Thornton's somewhat expectant gaze. He silently took the glass bottle from his hand. "I'll give it a try..."
He could clearly feel the air around them lighten the moment the words left his lips.
"Lord of the Wolves, Mrs. Nash is still waiting for me to tell her fortune. I should head up first..." The Thornton Wizard tucked the bottle into his pocket.
"Now." Silas Thornton stared at him, his tone heavy and allowing no room for argument.
The Thornton Wizard's eye twitched. "Lord of the Wolves... but... WAAAHHH!!!!"
Before he could finish, the Thornton Wizard felt a large hand grip his neck, and his body flew uncontrollably into the air.
In the blink of an eye, the two figures in the back garden vanished.
"The Thornton Wizard? The Thornton Wizard?" A servant hurried out of the villa. After searching everywhere and not seeing the Thornton Wizard, she only found a few red chili peppers scattered on the ground.
