People are always meant to move up in the world. June Jacobs couldn't be her assistant forever; she was bound to have her own career in the future.
In fact, with June's current skills as a Makeup Artist, she was more than capable of taking on jobs independently in the entertainment industry. The title of "Evelyn Grant's assistant" would give her a higher starting point than the average makeup artist.
Big career advancements wouldn't be an issue for her.
June was well aware of her advantages. She agreed to Evelyn's proposal to start taking jobs in the latter half of the year and said with a smile,
"Honestly, I think you should hire more makeup artists for your studio. Train them for a while, and then you can just be the boss behind the scenes."
It was a pretty good idea.
