The two Skills Renee Kane had obtained earlier, Eagle Eye and Precise Shooting, both required Phantom Falcon eyeballs for upgrades.
She hadn't known where to get them before, but now she had a lead. She figured the so-called Boom-Rats could probably be found in the boxes, too.
'It's just that the name… it sounds like it would be even stronger in a fight than a Phantom Falcon…'
