Flora Bloom was getting pissed. It wasn't that she particularly wanted a sleeping bag someone else had used, but she had planned on laying low here for another couple of days before heading out. Yet, someone just had to stir up trouble.
Flora Bloom's gaze fell upon the woman's stomach. The woman was decked out head-to-toe in designer brands—a QV suit, PCV shoes, and even diamond-studded nail polish from some high-end boutique. A single nail was supposedly worth a thousand bucks.
But what Flora Bloom found most ridiculous was that in this quarantine zone filled with pregnant women, everyone had gone at least three days without a shower. Newcomers from other cities might not have bathed at all since the apocalypse began two months ago.
The whole place reeked of a strange odor, yet this woman was doused in a thick cloud of perfume.
"You look like you're at least nine months along. Due soon?" Flora Bloom asked, her eyes narrowing slightly as she stared at the woman's belly.
