After the yellow ghost fire absorbed its trapped main body, it discovered the faint wisp of ghost fire that had escaped.
That wisp of ghost fire had faded from orange back to red. It flickered precariously, on the verge of being assimilated by the surrounding Death Energy at any moment.
The yellow ghost fire's instincts told it not to leave any loose ends, so it gave chase once more.
The newborn ghost fire's energy was so faint it was about to go out. Once its flame was extinguished, its nascent existence would vanish completely.
In a flash of desperate inspiration, it looked at the patch of Fire Element Energy. No matter how tyrannical and volatile that energy was, in the face of life and death, the brave know no fear. 'It's better to risk it all than to be caught and devoured.'
When the yellow ghost fire saw the weak, newborn wisp recklessly dart into the Fire Element Energy, it had no choice but to stop.
