Reading this letter by Vanu worked like a catharsis to Reyansh's fatigue. He lay on his bed facing the cracked ceiling.
The wave of emotion rising up from the heartfelt yet mischievous words of his little sister washed up all the pent up anger and negative thoughts, that were plaguing his mind, for the moment.
He would have taken a month more to reach his goal probably. Though getting the help from his little sister, when they are barely getting by was a feeling he couldn't properly describe yet.
But there was one resolve that had gotten stronger was to become a powerful hunter and protect his precious family in these uncertain times.
As his body started relaxing a little from the joy and sleep began encroaching on his consciousness.
However, the next moment, he sat up immediately as the adrenaline for achieving his goal kicked in.
Taking out the card gifted by his sister, he typed in the code into his system panel.

The button which was greyed out till now turned blue, a physical manifestation of completion of his dream. He clicked on it immediately.

The next moment, a shimmering light appeared in front of Reyansh as a glass bottle manifested in front of him. Just as his fingers wrapped around the bottle, the light dissipated and the contents of the container became clear.
The viscous liquid inside was sky blue in color with small specks of gold color mixed in it.
He didn't spend much time gawking on something which meant to be ingested and unscrewed the lid and gulped down the potion in one go.
The bottle became completely clean like it was never used before, Reyansh waited for something to happen with empty bottle in one hand.
After a few seconds, nothing happened.
"Huh, isn't it supposed to work immediately?" he wondered aloud.
From videos to articles he had gone through in last three years, the one thing everyone had in common during their awakening process was, it worked immediately.
Just as a doubt began to creep in his mind. Something which has never happened before, was he going to be the first example of such incident?
However, the next moment, Reyansh started feeling like cold all over his body. As the sensation reached the tips of his finger, a red colored system panel appeared in front of him.

A never seen before red colored system panel appeared. He went through all the knowledge he had about hunters and streaming till now but there was no such mention.
This made him feel a bit unsettled as his awakening seemed to be different from others. However, before he could ponder any further, a panel appeared again, blue this time.
[Forming Mana Core of the hunter...]
He felt something cold washed over him as an intense energy started gathering around his navel.
The cold sensation from earlier was most intense there, however, this cold sensation washed away his lethargy and small aches in his body.
He experienced his entire body being submerged in mana, every cell, every muscle was undergoing a transformation but it didn't feel very painful, rather a liberation.
He felt like something had given him an upgrade on his current body. The intensity increased at the navel, as he focused on this point, he started perceiving a barely formed tiny mana core.
"So this is what they meant by a mana core, the thing that differentiates hunters from normal people." He spoke his thoughts aloud as the sensational feeling of earlier subsided but he could still feel the slight sensation of an energy in the air.
"And this must be Mana that all hunters talk about."
A simple but victorious smile bloomed on his face, he had finally achieved his goal. After failing to awaken naturally at age of 12 years, his only personal goal was to become hunter.
Before reaching 12 years old age, the Kaul family had lost their only hunter in the family, Reyansh's father.
Dreaming to walk in his father footsteps to become a hunter, Reyansh had finally took his first steps to becoming hunter.
"I did it dad, I promise I will protect and cherish mother and Vanu," he spoke in a thick voice and clenched his fist as he made a vow, feeling the new strength in his body.
Just as he was about to open the "Hunter's Profile," a new system panel materialized, normal blue colored this time.

The panel color had returned to normal blue but this message didn't make any sense to Reyansh, as this was also one of the things he had never heard or seen before.
Before he could think about this any further, the next panel drew his attention again as his awakening process reached its final phase.

He felt another shift in his body like something had been unlocked in his body, however, he couldn't find the exact reason but just a lingering feeling.
Without wasting a single moment, he spoke the words he had practiced even in his sleep, "Hunter's Profile."

As he read his complete profile, there were some things that were unexpected and rest of the profile was same as he had expected.
The thing that intrigued and raised his vigilance was the title. The titles are something one had to acquire through hardships, trials or something world shattering.
However, he already had a title, even before he stepped his foot in a dungeon. He had already read Basic Hunter's guide article, a couple hundred times so he had no problem in navigating and understanding the profile and its content.
He mentally focused on the title, another panel with information popped up.

This unlocked perk was pretty helpful against any disgruntled and deranged viewers in the future and there were more perks to be unlocked.
However, in his memory, he had never heard about such entity, so being sceptical was a given.
"Well, nothing I can do about it. I am grateful that I awakened but I should look into it in the future." He decided.
Moving from the unexpected title to most important thing to a budding hunter, his talent. He was already content that with Elite rank talent, he may not have to beg or plead with others to take him in their team.
Although, the highest rank talent on earth was Epic rank. Elite rank talent was just one step below Epic so he could try to go in the dungeon solo.
He focused on his talent, the panel appeared with new information.

For the first time, stars he dreamt about didn't feel out of reach. His mind had already started racing and thinking of ways to use this talent to make himself stronger.
He wanted to read about each effect in detail but he remembered the mention of new system earlier, the most bizarre thing during his awakening.
However, seeing no such mention of any system in Hunter's Profile, he reverted to the basic panel of the interface.
