Albert nodded off before some loud noises woke him up.
BA-DOOOOOOOM!!!
"!?" Albert's eyes shot open. He looked around to see on the tv that the whole area prepared for the test exploded. "That's cool."
"Round two's the last one! You 100 examinees will venture into the ruins as bystanders and prove your worth when it comes to rescuing innocent victims!"
"Hmm!!" Albert gets up from his seat and stretches. "Time to finish this test."
They explained the round to the students. They would get points based on how well they perform in rescuing the civilians. They also said they will begin in 10 minutes.
Albert thought on their explanation and asked himself.
'Why wait 10 minutes? If this is to supposed to simulate a real life situation then waiting is the last thing to do… Eh. Fuck it. Seems like something a hero would do.'
Should they confront him about this he would reply with: "A hero wouldn't wait when they saw several buildings explode and people in need of saving."
He was very confident he could work that into letting him get points. Albert turned to the exit and ran as fast as he could.
"Al—"
Before Asui could even finish, Albert crashed through the front door and ran to save people. Many of the Heroes Public Safety Commission saw Albert rush ahead.
"Heh." Mera smiled. "For the first time someone actually got some hidden bonus points from this."
Albert ran to the urban area first and looked around from the rubble.
"!" He spotted an elderly couple under some rubble, he could still see them splattering some fake blood on themselves.
He rushed over to them.
"I got here as quickly as I can!" Albert replied lifting the rubble off them. "I am sorry for this but there are others!"
He picked them up faster than they could reply as he picked them both up in a princess carry.
"Oh!" Both were surprised by how fast he moved.
"Hang on to me! I'll take you to the nearest medial team!" Albert rushed them away from the area.
The couple looked at one another, and they would have deducted points for a whole assortment of things but that was forgotten as being held by Albert was like being held up by the air. He was also the fastest exam taker to not wait the 10 minutes.
Albert was going back to the reception area when the area fell apart just like the opening room. He saw several heroes rush out to save people. They also decided to follow Albert's lead.
Albert rushed over to the place and let the couple down gently.
"Wait here, help will come." He removed his scarf, went jumped to the railings of the arena and ripped the metal out as much as he could.
"!?" The couple shuddered a bit at his strength.
Albert wrapped his scarf around one of the ends and then impaled it into the ground making it easy for everyone to see a massive metal pole with a bright red scarf.
Many watching deducted points for collateral damage, but it paled in comparison to the real point of this round, saving people. Seeing that red scarf will lead to many to head towards it rather than looking around for help.
Following his lead everyone also left to go help the people.
There was little to say. Everything was going well when they added another thing to make this test more difficult.
BOOOOM!!!
"!?!?" Everyone turned to the explosion.
They all realized it was near the evacuation point.
"Tch!" Albert clicked his teeth. He got on top of another pile of rubble and shouted. "BAKUGO!! TODOROKI!! INASE!! COME AND HOLD THE TERRORISTS OFF!! EVERYONE ELSE KEEP RESCUING EVERYONE!!"
It really was something to watch Albert in action. He draws in so many eyes from his sheer competency. He does not let fear or surprise take him for long, he took command before disarray washed through everyone.
"Don't order me around!!" Bakugo shouted as he shoots forth towards the villains.
"I am coming!!" Todoroki shouted.
"Sure thing Albert!!" Shouted Inasa coming quickly.
Albert gazed as the villains who walked through the smoke to be revealed as Gang Orca and his gang.
'Guess he does have a lot of villain vibes.'
Albert rushed ahead to give out more orders as the first to arrive was Inasa.
"Inasa! Keep them back!"
"Got it!" He created a powerful gust of wind and blew them back to where they came through.
WHOOOSH!!
"Hmm!!" Gang Orca and his crew braced themselves and held one another to stop from being blown away.
The next to arrive was Bakugo.
"Bakugo your with me! Inasa give us support!"
"Understood!" Inasa replied with a smile.
"Shut up!!" Bakugo shouted as he rushed ahead with Albert.
With Inasa's wind the two of the blast forward.
"This is gonna sting." Gang Orca said as both Albert and Bakugo slam into him.
THUD!!! BOOOOOM!!!
"Raaaaah!!!" Gang Orca roared as he grabbed Albert from his leg and Bakugo from his face. "Try this—"
"SUCK US BACK!!!" Albert shouted as he twisted his body and struck Gang Orca with a kick from below at his chin.
"Agh!?" Gang Orca began to feel a colony of ants crawling up his leg.
'Oh… this kid… is scary!'
His grip loosened and both Albert and Bakugo were freed and back near Inasa with his wind pulling them back. Arriving last was Todoroki.
"Albert what do you want me to do?" Todoroki asked arriving onto the scene.
"Use your ice to make a wall to keep the citizens safe and the villains away."
Todoroki stomped his foot, and a thick wall of ice separated the view from the evacuation.
"Next make sure they remain here. Do not use your flames, with Inasa's wind we don't want a mishap to happen."
"Hm. Understood." Todoroki nodded.
"Good. We have our roles, victory is not defeating Gang Orca it is the rescue of the citizens and to ensure they are safe. Understand!" he shouted with authority.
"You don't need to tell me!!" Bakugo shouted ready to attack again.
"Hmm…" Gang Orce got his footing again and he wasn't pleased. "You need to go!!" He shot out a supersonic attack towards Albert.
"Todoroki, wall!!" He commanded.
Todoroki made a wall of ice to block the attack. The attack made cracks in the thick ice but not enough to effect those behind it.
"Let's move!!!" Albert shouted as he broke through the wall of ice with Bakugo right behind him.
Watching from the arena seat many observers who were keeping watch of their respected kid. The one in charge of Albert could only watch not doing his job.
"Ooh… that kid will make a splash."
"Hm! Hm!" his fellow co-workers spoke and nodded in agreement.
Nothing else happened of note. Albert, Bakugo, Todoroki, and Inasa kept Gang Orca and his crew at bay enough for the citizens to be rescued. Eventually the test ended of course.
BZZZZZZZZZZ!!
The alarm rang and everyone stopped what they were doing. Albert took a breath and looked to Bakugo, Todoroki, and Inasa.
"You three, thank you for following my command." He gave a nod.
"Whatever." Bakugo turned and left.
"Hm." Todoroki also turned and left.
Inasa looked at Todoroki before looking at Albert with a smile.
"No problem at all! I learned a lot from your orders!"
"Glad to help."
"Oy, kid." Albert turned to Gang Orca who came up to him. "You are something else. That kick made me go numb for a bit." He even rose his weighted gear. "I was even questioning removing my weighted gear to go toe-to-toe with you."
"Thanks, I learned how to kick better from Mirko."
"Ah… explains a lot. You were her intern huh? Well my agency is always open for you if she can't do it."
"Thank you for the offer. I think if the opportunities arises I would like to learn that three-hit hit jab combo you did."
"Ah, you like that? Did some kick boxing when I was in high school. Bit unique given my Quirk."
"I am sure I could adapt it into my own style."
A while later everyone changed out of their costumes and rested for a bit before returning to the area where they gave out the results.
"It has been a long battle, boys and girls." Mera said. "But now the results. But before that regarding the scoring system we of the HPSC along with members of the H.U.C., were deducting points on two issues as we watched you perform. In short we judged you on your ability to act in a crisis."
Everyone looked to Albert, he was the first to act and thus inspire everyone to act. They were all sure he received a lot of positive points.
'What should I eat? Maybe I should take Mel out for some sushi? Is there sushi around here?' Albert thought to himself. 'Maybe I should look it up in the locker room.'
"Now those who passed are shown here in alphabetical order." Mera gestures to the large screen behind him. "Keeping everything I've said in mind, please take a look."
Albert looked and spotted his name.
"Nice." He also noticed everyone in his class made it.
"I assume you all had a chance to see the results. Next we'll be handing out score sheets. We've explained the scoring system so now you can read them over carefully." Mera said as the HPSC began to hand over sheets to the students.
One of the people gave one to Albert.
"Hm, 100 huh? Neat!" he also read that he only receive that score due to him running out when all the areas blew up and his quick actions along with his command during the villain attack.
Coming up to Albert were one person, Inasa.
"Thank you again Albert!" He said with his big smile. "It says if not for you I would not have passed with a 57. Seems my use of my Quirk startled a lot of people."
"Ah, well best make sure that doesn't happen. Next time I won't be there."
"Hm!" He nods respectfully. "I will work even harder!"
There were one others who passed due to Albert, it was Bakugo.
"Grrr!! Grrr!!!" Bakugo was gritting his teeth in frustration. "51… 51… Grrr!!!" Had he not listened to Albert he would have failed.
A while later somewhere in the city.
"So where are they?" asked Herod.
"They are hiding around." Toga said wearing a Shiketsu High School uniform. "Ah~ I wish I could have stuck around longer♥!" Her face goes full blush, her eyes almost roll back. "Ahh~♥! I wanted to meet Albert! Ah~♥! But his balls hit me just right!"
Toga was within the group that chased him very early in the exam.
"Hm." Herod grunts. "Anyway, you have the location?"
"I do~" She smiles with a face only a yandere could make. "You have the divine nectar♥!" She began to salivate and lick her lips.
"I do. So tell me where Shigaraki is?"
"He in a town called Fuyuki. They are working on rebuilding the League of Villains, but the Yakuza have been growing more active. You have information on them like I asked, right?" She holds her hand out. "I want the nectar♥! I need it! I missed my fix of Albert, so I need ♥!"
Herod reaches into his pocket and tosses her a small bottle of Albert's blood.
"!!" Toga grabs it and quickly begins to drink and savor it. "AHHHHH~♥!!" She begins to melt from pleasure.
"… Hm. I'll get you another one." Herod steps over her. "Keep me update—" He felt a tug on his pants. "What is it?" he gazed down at Toga's euphoric face.
"C-can I get more if I get you another spy♥!" she had a look of addition on her face, she could not live without that blood.
"Depends on who they are. Got a name?"
"Real name Jin Bubaigawara! Villian name is Twice! He can make a double of anyone so long as he has their numbers! He is also mentally unstable!"
"Is that by your own standard or societies standard?"
"Mine!"
"Heh. Very good. I can work with broken." He reached into his coat and drops the small bottle of blood.
Toga opens her mouth and catches it carefully. She quickly opens the bottle with her hands and drinks it whole again.
"AHHHH~♥!!"
Herod leaves and picks up his cell phone and calls his superiors.
"Yo! I have an idea on how to draw out Saber and Archer, how do you feel about a gang war?"
