Chapter 80 - Report 71- Three Wise Sages

Arriving at the western half of the Aichi Prefecture in a normal disguise with Mélusine returning to her Spirit Form, Albert looks around.

"Hmm…"

'There are a lot of guys in black suits.' Mélusine commented seeing so many people in suits.

'Most of them are just salary men but the majority are Yakuza, you can tell by their colorful dress shirts and gold accessories, and their mean looking faces. Some aren't, which makes this troublesome. You can tell them a bit apart because their faces. They are going to a dead end job where you work long hours for a promotion they are probably never gonna get because the CEO's son just graduated from university.'

With Albert's advice Mélusine was easily able to tell the salary men from the even the newest of Yakuza members.

'Oh! Yeah there are a lot of them!'

Currently Albert was squatting in front of a convenience store eating.

'So what do we do?'

'We go to the police stations and take the information from them. I am sure you noticed but there are no heroes around.'

'Then shall we get going?'

The two began to move. It wasn't hard to find a police station and even easier to sneak in with Mélusine acting as the scout.

Albert didn't even need to hack in as on a sticky note on the side of the monitor of the computer it had the username and password.

"Geez they could at least have it on their phones or something not right here." Albert said to himself softly.

He quickly tapped away and found the location. It was listed as a no go address that any and every law enforcement should stay away from. Albert also checked how much crime was happening by the arrests to find it very low.

'Guess the Yakuza have been keeping this place safe and secure to ensure their anonymity. Or maybe it's just because the cops are too scared to do their job? Probably the latter.'

He covers his tracks and leaves to the address.

When he arrived close to the address he saw the density of Yakuza members increase. Albert bought some food from a random shop and left.

'Mel you have to go and investigate. There are too many eyes here for me to move.'

'Got it!'

Mélusine in her spirit form entered the premises.

'It has the same vibes as the last one we went to.' Mélusine informed Albert. 'I am sure Archer is here.'

'Then fully map the place and find where they are, from there we can call it a day and go back home.'

Mélusine did as she was told. She went through each and every corridor and room, all the way down to the 4th floor where she saw Archer.

"FIRE!!" She commanded.

BANG-BANG-BANG-BANG!!!

Several of the Yakuza fire their rifles hitting human shaped targets. The whole room was filled with armed men even more than the other floors. The room in fact was massive as it was like a military base.

"Mwahahaha!" Archer laughed heartedly. "Good!! Very good!! Again! My men should kill with every bullet!!"

Mélusine watched for a while before leaving. Ever since dealing with Rider and Assassin, Mélusine's theory on herself was proven correct. She was close to Archer, she didn't look at her or have any negative feelings but was near here and she could not detect her.

'I guess I benefit more from my connection with Albert than I realize.'

Through their connection as Master and Servant, Mélusine also gained some useful benefits from it, like her actually growing strong with the consumption of Albion's bones. One such benefit is Albert's skills, particularly his Stealth Skill, so long as Mélusine acts like the wind and doesn't cause or give off any kind of feeling she could move how she pleases while in Spirit Form.

'I am actually feeling bad for these Masters and Servants. Albert really is way too much with his Quirk.'

Mélusine left and returned to Albert.

'I got the layout and know where Archer is.'

'Then let's be off. We will plan and make our move once we set everything up.'

They then began to return back to their base. Albert, once back at base, called Nezu.

"Yeah so tomorrow I would be free from the morning to the afternoon if nothing comes up."

"Ah! Great! Just swing by my office tomorrow!"

"Alright, I'll swing by. See ya."

"Goodbye, Albert. Click!"

"So where you going tomorrow?" Mélusine asked.

"School, Nezu wanted me to come in for some reason."

Fuyuki. Looking out over the city were three, ageless individuals of mighty stature and abilities.

"So tomorrow it all ends, huh?" Type Earth said looking out at the city.

"Hm." Kischur nods. "The grail war ends and does his time here in Japan." He then turned his head. "Why are you still pouting? Aozaki?"

Turned away from Type Earth and Kischur was a woman in her early 20s with bright red hair and blue eyes. She was as stunningly beautiful as Type Earth is but with a more down-to-earth kind of beauty. She was Aoko Aozaki, one of the few remaining fully recognized Magus on the planet.

"I spent hours flying to Brazil only for you guys to just zip me across the planet to Japan." She said with a angry tone and expression. "Such a waste of money…"

"Don't go Wirr-Wirr." Type Earth glanced at Aoko. "I don't wanna have to throw you into the sea."

"Tch!" Aoko turns and looks at Type Earth. "Try me and I'll blast that sea into vapor!"

These two do not get along. One is a destroyer, and the other is the thing she is destroying every time she fights.

"Virgin." Type Earth insulted Aoko with a sneering expression.

"Takes one to know one." Aoko clenched her fists tightly, her magic circuits began to slowly glow.

"I had sex before, I lived long enough to actually meet someone." The gravity around her began to twist and turn slowly.

"Hah! That was your other personality, she has long died along with my disciple!" She said in a haughty tone.

"You cradle robber." Type Earth eyes narrowed, and the earth began to rumble. "You cannot call him your disciple when all you did was give him a pair of glasses for his Mystic Eyes!"

"Who are you calling a cradle robber!" Aoko stomped closer to Type Earth, her magic circuits began to rotate and a whirring sound began to be made. "You are older than me!"

"Shiki told me of you two's first meeting, red face and nose bleed of all things, what do I expect from someone who would have better chances with men if she groomed them."

"I'LL FUCKING BLAST—"

"ENOUGH!!!" Kischur shouted.

The two stopped and looked at Kischur. The gravity returned to normal, and the earth stopped rumbling. Aoko's magic circuits slowed down and deactivated.

"After centuries you both still get along like water and oil." He rubs his temples. "Times like these I wish some of the bright Magus of the 21st century were still around."

"We made it a point to never see one another." Aoko said.

"It is the best for both of us." Type Earth added.

"So." Aoko walked up to Kischur and looked out at the city. "Why'd you bring me here? You know there isn't a Tohsaka here anymore."

"I know. But their leylines are. This was where the broken pieces of the grail war was put back together and through sheer luck—"

"I'd say more along the lines of fate had a hand in its successful construction." Type Earth said.

"How bad is it?" Aoko asked.

"Horrible. When the grail manifests it will an broken cup held together by duct tape. But it can still grant a wish to the winners."

"Speaking of winner how come you two went and helped that kid!" Aoko looked to Type Earth and Kischur.

"Because we both could actually help him." Type Earth said with a smug tone. "He already knows how to destroy he doesn't need more redundant methods. Plus you would do little to actually teach him Magecraft. He is already more than enough to cause destruction, no need to learn more ways to do that."

"Hmm…" She glared at the other two. "So why am I here. I would think Kischur here would be the one to instruct him on how to use the grail."

"Simple." Kischur said. "You are the fastest with the highest battle strength."

Type Earth turned and with eyes that show how serious she is she added:

"When the time comes you have to assist him, or else Gaia would create a fully-fledged Beast. This is a very thin tightrope, dancing on the edge of a blade. We did what we could to gain the highest level of accomplishing the goal but things can still go wrong."

"God dammit." She gritted her teeth. "Why hasn't the damn Counter Force kicked it! I know this era's Mystery is low, but it runs on something else!"

"Maybe because we are not in the timeline where it is yet activated." Kischur replied.

"That… that gives me some faith."

"I can agree with you on that." Type Earth replied sincerely. "But… I feel terrible for what is about to happen to Galahad."

"That is not like you." Aoko said sternly looking out into the horizon. "We already made an geis to help create a Ultimate Beast."

"How disgusting. I have more empathy than you humans." She frowned deeply. "We use and lead a child who knew nothing of life down a path of power."

"Say what you want the Spider will be waking up." Kischur said solemnly. "This is the biggest step to saving Earth and all of its life."

"Then I will be off." Aoko turned and left. "I wanna stop by my old home while I am here. Besides if things go well I would be there for his critical moment."

With her gone, Kischur turned to Type Earth.

"Are you nervous for what is about to come?"

"I do not fear death. I lived a long and… pleasant life. I tasted all that a lifeform can experience. Now I only seek death so I can meet my beloved at the other side. When he takes upon the crown off my shoulders I can finally rest."

"… I'll miss you."

Type Earth smirks, the expression reminds Kischur of her as a child when they first met.

"We all have to go eventually. I hope you as well find the day you can sleep."

She then vanished, leaving behind the petals of the moonlit flowers behind.
