Chinatsu couldn't help but click her tongue. Even though she already knew the Hokage Building was basically Danzo Shimura's second territory in Konoha's shadow politics, running into him twice in a row still felt irritating.
Chinatsu took a deep breath and immediately switched modes. After all, in front of Shimura Danzo, she was still supposed to be under the effect of Kotoamatsukami's manipulation, acting like a loyal subordinate without resistance.
Chinatsu adopted a ladylike, obedient demeanor and respectfully approached Shimura Danzo.

Chinatsu sighed helplessly. After thinking for a while, she shifted her focus back to her internal development plan.
Sharingan she needed to push toward awakening the Mangekyou Sharingan, like Uchiha Itachi or Sasuke in later stages of the clan's history.
Wood Release she needed to refine and expand it further, since it was already showing compatibility with her chakra structure, similar to Hashirama Senju's regenerative and large-scale techniques.
This "Sharingan + Wood Release" combination… Chinatsu felt a bit like Madara Uchiha experimenting in his prime era.
Chinatsu scratched her hair with a troubled expression. Just a few meters away from the Hokage Building, a familiar voice interrupted her thoughts.
"What are you thinking about? You look like you want to devour someone."

Chinatsu turned her head suspiciously toward the voice and saw Kakashi Hatake standing there without his ANBU mask, his silver hair and visible Sharingan eye exposed.
Right, ANBU masks weren't worn outside missions; Kakashi was technically off-duty.
"Kakashi, teach me ninjutsu!"
Chinatsu used a quick Body Flicker Technique, appearing directly in front of Kakashi in an instant. If earlier she looked like she wanted to devour someone, now she looked like she had selected Kakashi as her next target for knowledge extraction.
Compared to Chinatsu, a transmigrator relying on instinct and system-like adaptation, Kakashi had years of experience with the Sharingan, copied thousands of techniques, and was already proficient in Chidori, making him an ideal living training library.
Chinatsu's eyes, even without fully activating her Sharingan, still carried a faint red glow, making Kakashi's visible eye twitch slightly.

Chinatsu wanted to comment on the dog-shaped design but held back. Her priority was copying everything with her Sharingan.
She quickly formed hand seals and slammed her palm down.
A simpler Earth Flow Wall rose in response.
Kakashi nodded slightly and continued demonstrating mid-tier ninjutsu. These were standard techniques recorded in village scrolls, but Kakashi's live demonstration made copying far faster through Sharingan perception.
Chinatsu's Sharingan rapidly recorded chakra flow, hand seals, and release timing. Kakashi, however, began to show slight fatigue.
Chinatsu wasn't surprised Kakashi Hatake was famously limited in stamina due to his non-Uchiha body and constant Sharingan drain.
His eye could not be deactivated at will like a true Uchiha's, causing continuous chakra consumption even outside combat.
"My chakra is running low. I can only show one more advanced technique. Is there anything you specifically want to learn?" Kakashi asked, slightly panting.

Of course, he didn't say it directly; that would be suspicious even for Kakashi.
Chinatsu feigned hesitation.
"Um… I want a stronger technique. You know I went to Kumogakure recently. I almost died there. Their Lightning Body Enhancement techniques are dangerous. I don't have anything strong enough to counter them…"
She deliberately mixed truth with exaggeration, recalling her near-death encounter with a Kumogakure-level opponent during infiltration.

Black lightning erupted and formed a roaring beast-like shape that shot forward, tearing through the training field with destructive force.
Chinatsu watched carefully, analyzing its chakra structure with her Sharingan.
"It's powerful… but…"
"…Where's my Chidori?"
She lowered her head and sighed. The technique she wanted most had not been revealed. Kakashi clearly wasn't willing to hand over his signature jutsu so easily.
Chinatsu's attempt to steal the Chidori plan had failed.
