Chapter 84 - CHAPTER 84

To be honest, even though this was a task personally assigned by Chinatsu, she wasn't completely certain Naruto could master the Flying Thunder God Technique within just one week.

However, while she wasn't confident about the one-week deadline, she was absolutely certain Naruto could eventually learn it given enough time.

After all, Naruto was the son of the Fourth Hokage, Minato Namikaze the genius shinobi who perfected the Flying Thunder God Technique and became famous throughout the Great Nations as Konoha's Yellow Flash.

On top of that, Naruto possessed extraordinarily strong sensory instincts from birth. Otherwise, he would never have been able to successfully train in Sage Mode in the original timeline.

More importantly, Naruto already knew the Multi Shadow Clone Technique, a completely unreasonable training cheat that abused accumulated experience through dispelling shadow clones.

And now he even had personal guidance from Chinatsu, someone who had copied Tobirama Senju's Flying Thunder God Technique with her Mangekyō Sharingan during the battle against Orochimaru.

With all these advantages stacked together

If Naruto still failed to learn it, that would honestly be unjust.

Naruto stared at the words "Flying Thunder God Technique" written inside the notebook, and a strange sense of familiarity surged within him.

At the same time, an overwhelming determination rose in his chest.

"I guarantee I'll complete this mission!"

"Very good! Full of youthful spirit!"

After praising him enthusiastically, Chinatsu pulled several specially marked kunai from her ninja pouch and immediately began demonstrating the Flying Thunder God Technique on the spot.

The Flying Thunder God Technique was an S-rank space-time ninjutsu originally developed by the Second Hokage, Tobirama Senju, and later perfected by Minato Namikaze.

By engraving a special formula known as the Flying Thunder God seal onto an object or location, the user could instantly teleport to that marked position.

The seal itself would remain permanently unless deliberately erased.

The maximum teleportation range depended heavily on the user's sensory perception and chakra control.

For example, if someone placed a Flying Thunder God seal at the northern edge of Konoha while standing at the southern edge, they could instantly teleport there as long as they could still perceive the mark.

If the seal could no longer be sensed, then teleportation became impossible even if the mark technically still existed.

Because mastering this technique required absurd sensory perception and precision, very few shinobi in history were capable of learning it.

Usually, the technique was paired with specially marked tri-pronged kunai.

That was precisely how Minato Namikaze became feared across the battlefield during the Third Great Ninja War

A kunai in one hand, a Rasengan in the other, and instantaneous movement faster than anyone could react to.

The Yellow Flash of Konoha.

Chinatsu glanced toward the large trees inside the Uchiha compound and casually tossed several Flying Thunder God kunai outward.

Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh!

The kunai landed in different locations across the training ground.

Before Naruto could even react, Chinatsu had already vanished from his sight.

The next instant

She appeared beside one of the kunai.

Then another.

Then another.

Her body flickered repeatedly as she continuously teleported between the marked locations with astonishing speed, moving so quickly that Naruto's eyes nearly spun in circles trying to follow her.

After several dazzling jumps, Chinatsu finally reappeared in front of Naruto.

"So, Naruto, did you understand?"

"No! But it looks super cool! I definitely want to learn it!"

Naruto clenched his fist excitedly.

Without hesitation, he crossed his fingers into a hand seal.

"Shadow Clone Jutsu!"

Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang!

A massive crowd of Naruto clones instantly filled the training field and began crazily studying the Flying Thunder God notes like bug-abusing players exploiting a game mechanic.

Chinatsu watched Naruto's training with a slightly emotional expression.

Although Naruto could eventually become absurdly powerful through Kurama's chakra alone, if he also mastered Minato's signature Flying Thunder God Technique…

That combination would truly be terrifying.

Meanwhile, on the opposite side of the training grounds, Sasuke silently watched Chinatsu personally guiding Naruto.

His lips unconsciously curled downward slightly.

Jealousy.

A tiny bit.

Just a tiny little bit.

"I'll definitely complete the training tasks Sister gave me before Naruto does…"

"I absolutely won't lose to that idiot."

Sasuke took a deep breath and once again immersed himself in training.

One person was trying to master an S-rank space-time ninjutsu within a single week.

The other was attempting to learn multiple high-level elemental techniques from Tobirama Senju's forbidden scroll within the same amount of time.

Somewhere in the Pure Land, Tobirama Senju probably wanted to ask:

"Shouldn't I at least receive royalties for all the jutsu I researched?"

Chinatsu would probably answer:

"How about I burn incense for you during next year's memorial festival? …Actually, where's your grave?"

After finishing Naruto's lesson, Chinatsu walked over to Sasuke's side and personally corrected several of his chakra control mistakes.

Once that was done, she stretched lazily and prepared to return to the mansion for a break.

However, just as she turned around

She noticed Gaara quietly sitting nearby and staring at her with wide eyes.

Chinatsu awkwardly lowered the arms she had raised for stretching, bent slightly, and asked in a gentle tone:

"Gaara, is there something you want to learn too? I can teach you."

"Teach me…?"

Gaara hesitated slightly before continuing.

"But… is that really okay? Naruto, Sasuke, and I are technically rivals in the Chūnin Exams. If you teach me too, wouldn't that make things harder for them?"

"Harder?"

 Chinatsu grinned brightly.

"Then let it become harder."

"I think those two would actually be happier if they had a truly strong opponent standing in front of them. Naruto and Sasuke are already little monsters among their generation."

"Gaara, you can become someone capable of matching them."

As she spoke, Chinatsu casually poked Gaara's forehead with her finger.

Gaara immediately covered the spot with his hand while his cheeks turned slightly red.

After hesitating for a moment, he quietly spoke again.

"…Can I call you 'Big Sister' too?"

"Hm? Naruto's training is too noisy. I didn't hear clearly."

"…Nothing."

Gaara immediately lowered his head in embarrassment.

Even he didn't understand why those words had suddenly slipped out of his mouth.

For some reason, he suddenly felt slightly guilty toward Temari.

Gaara silently took a deep breath before lifting his head again.

This time, his eyes were filled with determination.

"Please teach me too."

"I want to become stronger."

"That monster is still sealed inside me. I can't rely on seals forever. Someday, I want to become strong enough to face Shukaku head-on."

That expression…

Not bad at all.

Chinatsu reached out and gently rubbed Gaara's head.

Nearby, Sasuke happened to witness the scene.

His eyes widened instantly.

The chakra he had just gathered suddenly became unstable.

BOOM!

A small explosion erupted beside him.

Chinatsu quickly turned around in alarm. After confirming Sasuke had only blown up a training log instead of himself, she finally relaxed and looked back toward Gaara.

"So, what exactly do you want to learn? Tell me. Or I can teach you some practical combat techniques first."

As she spoke, Chinatsu unconsciously revealed a slightly arrogant expression.

After all, she was completely different from the inexperienced "theory-only teacher" she used to be back when she first trained Naruto and Sasuke.

Now she was an actual top-tier combat shinobi.

Teaching Gaara a few tricks should be easy.

Hearing Chinatsu's confident declaration, Gaara lowered his head thoughtfully.

After several seconds of serious consideration, he finally asked:

"Can you teach me that technique where giant trees suddenly appear everywhere?"

Chinatsu froze.

"…That's Wood Release. It's a kekkei genkai, not a normal ninjutsu."

Gaara nodded seriously before asking another question.

"Then I want to learn the huge exploding technique you used against that snake man."

"…The 'World Peace Technique'?"

 Chinatsu's mouth twitched violently.

"You'd need to study mathematics, chakra physics, elemental reactions, and theoretical energy compression for at least three to five years before understanding even the basic principles behind that…"

Gaara thought again before asking a third question.

"Then what were those markings on your face during the battle?"

"…Sage Mode."

 Chinatsu suddenly felt emotionally exhausted.

Three questions.

Three impossible answers.

Every single thing Gaara asked about happened to be one of her strongest hidden abilities.

"Gaara… I'm really not targeting you on purpose here."

"Why don't we start with some normal ninjutsu first? Like the Flying Thunder God Technique?"

At that moment:

Flying Thunder God Technique: "Since when was I considered a normal ninjutsu?"

Wood Release / Sage Mode / World Peace Technique: "Look at the monsters you're comparing us to first."
