First, most of the Fire Release Ninjutsu in the Ninja World were developed by the Uchiha Clan. It wasn't surprising for the Scroll of Seals to contain many advanced Fire Release Ninjutsu.
Furthermore, the Second Hokage, Tobirama, was a master of Water Release.
With these two factors, it was natural that most of the advanced Ninjutsu in the Scroll of Seals fell under Fire and Water Release.
Hearing Makoto's explanation, Marina had an epiphany and nodded.
Standing to the side, Haruno looked deeply regretful.
Not for herself, but for her younger sister, Yukinoshita Yukino.

Moeha and others also looked embarrassed. "We can't meet Tsunade-sama's standards at all..."
Makoto finally turned his gaze to Ran.
In his opinion, Ran, who was proficient in the Eight Gates and the two Haki, would be unstoppable if she could also learn Tsunade's [Monstrous Strength Punch].

But Sakura was the best, basically able to use the exact amount needed each time without wasting Chakra.
Learning Medical Ninjutsu and the Monstrous Strength Punch required the same kind of masterful, precise Chakra Control as Tsunade and Sakura possessed.
Although Ran performed decently in this area, she clearly didn't meet the standard yet.
Seeing all his wives had failed, Makoto muttered to himself, "Looks like Yukino is really the most suitable."
This wasn't just Makoto praising Yukino.
Back when they were at the Ninja Academy, Yukino's academic performance had consistently tied with Sakura for the top of the school.
And her Chakra Control, that woman's… oh no, girl's, was indeed perfect.

Nayuta, who was clinging to Makoto's neck and lying on his back, said.
During dinner, Makoto had mentioned that they would probably only spend three or four years in this Naruto World, no more than five.
And learning to gather Chakra basically took at least three years to start.
In that little time, they wanted to become Tsunade's disciples?
Makoto was nonchalant.
"Then we'll just bring Tsunade back to the real world."
Hearing this, Nayuta looked surprised.
"You'd go after a fifty-year-old granny?"
Suddenly, several members of the MILF Group felt hit by a ton of bricks.
Some of them weren't far from the age of 'fifty' themselves... they just looked around forty because of the Pure Gold.
Makoto swatted Nayuta's little bottom lightly.

You know, towards the end of the One Piece World, many of the MILF Group had crossed the 'fifty' threshold, but Makoto still 'had relations' with them up until the very end.
At the time, some of them even had visible crow's feet, while Tsunade was so incredibly well-preserved, you'd think she was under twenty-five.
And she had the added bonus of being 'Senpai'.
It was well known that the 'Senpai' identity buff was quite powerful.
They're the most popular among 'simps'.
