I already give orders to inform evelyn to come to visit the starlight manor to look at patient it seems after receiving the message she hurriedly come here so I went to meet her
When i enter to guest room i saw evelyn sit down and waiting for someone to come and after she saw me she immediately stand and greet me but i stop her and told "evelyn it's been a while" i said with my usual tone
Evelyn is one of my old friend she and i knew since young age so she knows that I don't like idol chatter so directly gat into the point "seraphina what the matter normally we only meet in gathering"
"my son went unconscious and found by maids he only wake up in a moment ago but he have a headache and his memory is seems fussy so i call you to take a look I don't care about other people but it came to my son and daughter I can't be careless i need to insure they're alright no matter what"i said with solemn tone.
Evelyn pose in mid motion and look at me and say "oh don't worry i take a look i know you care for them immensely so don't worry i make sure he totally fine let's go and see his condition" she said with a small smile
Then we went to the gray's room and see gray and amy eating while having a talk.after that maids clear the all the leftover food and i stay behind and let Evelyn take a look at gray after the conformation that my son is totally fine i feel at ease.after small talk Evelyn left and only me and my children left in the room
I look at them and the sight is make me quite happy that my children gating along so well they bicker like always and amy even dragged me into it too "it seems amy want to take gray to shopping with her " I thought and I also think it better to go to a outing
So i just help out my daughter this time and let the permission to go
After that i return to my personal working place and sit down in my chair and call out to selena. Selena is one of the most talented requt that i personally choose to cultivate and she absolutely loyal to only me.
In a moment i heard "lady seraphina"and she came to me and bow to me i let her stand and told "selena I give you a important task"
She respectfully replied "i complet the task no matter what it is lady seraphina please give me the order"
I told with cold tone "I asinine the task of protecting my children they are going tower in the city you must make sure nothing happens to them you need to make sure that with your life you understand" she bowed deeply and replied "understood my lady I insured young master and young lady's protection"
I nodded at her and resumed my work until they are coming to see me off once they enter I introduced selena to my children and let them go with selena and it's seems my son regain his cheerful personality he always been a sensable child just as amy he genuinely cares about me and amy immensely and seak love from us as well
After few moments later both of my children came to my room and still they are bickering with each other but they know the the occasion that they need to behave so I don't mind their little childish mischief in total honestly i like to see their banter so I didn't stop them but I look at then and they immediately stand still on the spot
amy replied "Mom then we are going to the city to have fun we came to inform you before we departed"
I look at her and sigh and told "ok amy don't gona over do it and make tired gray he still is a patient let me introduce you two to someone"
And I pointed at selana "this is selena she accompany you and protect you two while you're city visit"
Before amy could respond gray greeted her and i have a little conversation with my son and after saying goodbye he left with amy and Selena
i looked at my son's cheerful smile and after they left I resumed my work as usual
I worked until dawn and i got the news they finally arrived after the long day and maid informed me tha they wished to meet me i loot at the maid and told "told them im still working at least 30 minutes i can't see them told them to in a hour come to my office and let the selena to come and give me the report what happened today in 30 minutes "
Maid bow and reply "understood matriarch i relied you orders then i take my leave"
I resumed my work and finished them after that I waited for selena to came then i heard a knock and i give permission to enter to the room
Selena came before me and bow and replied "matriarch completed the mission and ensured young master and lady's safety"
I nodded and ask "so selena what do you think about my children you spend time with them today lately i can not spend much time with them so i need your honest answer"
She seemed to be surpris by question but she quickly regain her composure "in my opinion they are good kids despite being from one of most influence family in the world they aren't arrogant they are polite,kind and have cheerful personality from what i see other families younger generations is quite arrogant and look down upon others but from what i observe young master and lady doesn't look down on others they treat people equally and especially young master care about others and especially young master mention matriarch quite a lot he seems to waiting for awakening so young master can spend more time with matriarch and young lady"
I listen to all the things she report me and more I listen more guilty i feel i throw myself into work because of those old fox are trying to mess with my family they don't dare to openly came those cowered because of that my children grow up with maids for other families children it fine but i know my children miss me immensely
After listening to all the report i let her go and attend to her work and waited for my children in the room in to the world im a monster but to them im a the whole world for them and they are the my whole world too so i need to spend more time with me
After knocking they enter the room and gray run to me and give me a hug i was caught by surprise and I froze for moments and returned the hug and picked up my son up (author note-mc is 18 in his mind but he didn't experience a good childhood and life so he let his body instinct run wildly and enjoyed life and enjoyed warmth of a family)
I place gray into the sofa and let him sit beside me and ask "what happened to you suddenly come and hug me son" i ask softly
He look at me with his big bright eyes and say most pitiful tone "mother amy bully me by using her age after the shooing trip she make me organize my whole room and she bought so many clothes she told me to organize them my self and told maids to don't help me and lay in my bed she keep fun of me after I pointed out that she didn't do anything and lazy she just say she's older"
I listen to my son recounted the story more I listen more ridiculous it became my son is so cute and his fake angry face is so cute I couldn't hold my self and pinch his small face
And gray look at me and told "mom are you going to bully me too what are you doing my cheeks"
In the side amy interjected and "ha ha ha gray that what you gat for snitching on me to mother and I already told you im not lazy"she pout
I look at my son "oh sorry sorry I couldn't control my self you are so cute after all you are my son so of course you are handsome and cute" and i look at my daughter and ask "how is the shopping did you have fun with your brother
