"Please don't go Mum, please don't go " "Mum!!!!" I shouted from my sleep . It's been a month since the death of Mum . I had a quiet funeral done for her with the help of my friends.
On my birthday, I met my wolf and her name is Redlynn.The excitement I felt earlier had vanished after the death of Mum.I had my first shift that same day and it hurt like hell. I'm a little happy my wolf is beautiful though.
A woman suddenly appeared and she introduced herself as my mother's sister after the death of my mother. Mum never told me about any extended relatives and I didn't care to ask. My supposed aunt who's name is Silvia said my father was my mother's nemesis.
"Your mother had always been a nice and good hearted woman who loved her family but when your father came into her life, he ruined everything" . Aunt Silvia didn't go further and now I'm really curious about who my father is .
I miss my mum a lot but as the saying goes"Everything happens for a reason". I'll make sure to take revenge on the people that killed Mum but before that I have to grow stronger. I can't possibly fight those men with my current strength.
Aunt Silvia insisted I follow her to California where she lives with my supposed uncle and cousins and I agreed. Not like I have any choice tho . I'm an orphan;my mum is dead and I've never met my father before so yes , I'm an orphan . But before leaving, I have to say goodbye to my girls. Gosh , I'm going to miss them alotttttt.
I picked up my phone and called them on Whatsapp. "Hey girls" I said immediately they picked . "Hey baby, how are you doing? asked." I'm okay " You sure?" I totally forgot to add make up to hide my dark circles. "Yh I'm fine" I replied. "With those big, dark circles??
" I'll be fine, Selena " I said " I can see that " she replied with sarcasm
" Girls, I'm leaving " I dropped the bomb " Huh? I don't understand, leaving to where?? Stephanie asked. "Ohh I think I understand, what she means is she is going on a vacation right?" "You should go because you need it , to relieve all the stress that has accumulated and also get rid of those dark circles " Selena said .
They think I'm going on a vacation when I'm actually leaving. "I'm not going for a vacation, I'm really leaving New York" Everything was silent for a minute. "What the hell are you saying, what do you mean by you are leaving??" Selena looked very mad like she was about to murder someone.
I mustered courage and told them that I had to live to first of all, find my father, then investigate the men that killed my mum because I'm pretty sure those men didn't come from New York. "It seems like you've made up your mind" Stephanie said.
" Yeahh " I replied." I'm really going to miss you guys"."We'll miss you too" Selena said with tears in her eyes.We talked a lot,relived old memories before they left. Now I'm left alone.
