It's very strange to see an anime villain in front of you acting normally.
Like, this guy is an anime character and knows everything about the Punisher from this Earth, even though they're from different universes.
Cooler is sitting in an old armchair, watching TV and seeing yet another news report involving Spider-Man.
"Today, Spider-Man defeated the Sinister Six once again. Our esteemed hero defeated them and saved a school bus that Dr. Octopus used to attract attention." A journalist says.
Cooler uses his telekinesis to change the channel on the remote and sees something strange.
"Today's episode of Dragon Ball Z: The Day of Destiny"
Cooler found it rather strange to see Gohan transformed into a Super Saiyan facing a humanoid being 2.35 meters tall, and worse, there were small beings of similar coloration defeating Goku and Vegeta.
Cooler then asks:
"How can these small things be stronger than me?!?!" Cooler asks.
Just out of curiosity, what is the power level of Cooler and the Cell Juniors?
[Cooler from the sixth DBZ movie has a power level of approximately 3.15 billion, while each of the Cell Juniors has approximately 9.7 billion. ]
When he senses the power of certain people, he'll feel like Mecha Frieza facing a Super Saiyan – guaranteed humiliation.
Cooler's eyes widened at what he saw on television.
Gohan transforms into Super Saiyan 2, which catches Cooler's attention due to Gohan's furious look.
Cooler then says, impressed:
"So this is the transformation beyond Super Saiyan." Cooler says.
It seems he's realizing just how overpowered the Saiyans are from the Cell Saga onwards.
Cooler uses his telekinesis to turn off the TV, his expression suggesting that the Goku he faced probably wasn't as strong as the Gohan he saw on TV.
Marco was sitting on his old couch, just watching Cooler realize that there was someone much stronger than the Goku he had faced.
Perhaps if it were Goku from the movies, Cell would be killed in his Semi-Perfect form with a Spirit Bomb.
Cooler then takes a deep breath and says:
"Okay, it's better to stay here in this place without any Saiyans. Now is a new chance; no more avenging that spoiled brat Frieza and my father. I'm Cooler, someone who wasn't blessed with absurd potential, but managed to become strong through training. Now I have a chance to not be Frieza's eternal shadow." Cooler says.
Marco gets up from the sofa and asks:
"And now? How does it feel to see that you're an anime character?" Marco asks.
Cooler gets up from the armchair and replies:
"In that world I would be "the villain of the movie" and never a "villain of a saga". I want to be something more than that, and perhaps I can learn something from you, Earthling." Cooler replies.
Marco goes up to Cooler, extends his hand, and asks:
"Allies?" Marco asks.
Cooler extends his hand and shakes it, sealing the deal.
Okay, Cooler, I don't trust you, but an ally with such great power shouldn't refuse you.
[Microchip will call you, please answer! This is extremely important!]
Marco's phone starts ringing and he answers it.
"Hey Frank Jr, it's me, The Russian. The Romanian mafia hired me to kill you, but first you have to give us the location of where the Eastern European girls or Microchip and his family die. You only have 48 hours; after that, news will break about a Jewish family brutally murdered. Kisses from the only guy who can stand up to you. Bye!" The Russian turns off his cell phone.
You've got to be kidding me, The Russian was hired to kill me!

Cooler notices that Marco has become serious and asks:
"Is it some kind of enemy?" Cooler asks.
Marco replies:
"An old enemy kidnapped a friend's family and is now threatening me over something I did a few hours ago." Marco replies.
Cooler then says coldly:
"You are stronger than you appear; any clash with your enemies will only last a few seconds." Cooler says.
This isn't Dragon Ball, Cooler, you'll soon understand what I mean.

[Save Microchip and his family and defeat The Russian.]

Marco then says:
"Cooler, I'm going to need your help to find where my friend and his family are." Marco says.
Cooler then replies:
"Fine, I'll take out my anger on the Saiyans by killing some useless Earthlings." Cooler replies.
