The Eloise family, the kingdom's rulers had a glorious celebration as the queen was 1 month and 2 weeks pregnant and the king overjoyed decided to celebrate the news with a grand feast. Different aristocrats were there counting from the high-ranking nobles to the ryal noble knights, to the dukes, lords and many more, it was going so well accompanied by joyous laughter around the ball room, the food was greatly enjoyed even so that the chef was praised highly for such graceful work, meanwhile hidden in the dark stood a faded yet visibly vague figure staring at the queen with an ominous look, then with an evil grin spread widely across it face, it whispered not audibly
"It won't be easy now that I have found it, I will make it mine!" then it vanished into thin air. the queen felt a shiver all of as sudden and began feeling uneasy and unsettled but she steadied herself, brushing it off as female hormones, she took a sip of water, preferring that as she wasn't allowed to take wine because of her pregnancy.

It was just a cloudy yet somewhat sunny day, the sun dimly lit the sky, but for some reason around the palace was way cloudier than normal, it seemed as though a great storm was about to begin. A maid who had just finished with the amendment of the queen's royal robe, walked through the garden heading for the inner room but then out of instinct looked at the cloudy sky, a thought ran across her mind, why exactly were weird things happening at the peak of the queen's pregnancy which is a month now, she thought about all the strange occurrences happening at the palace after the grand feast a month earlier. She pondered on this for a while before sighing and continuing her previous task.
The palace was still full of energy as relatives of the queen and king came along to visit and give their compliments, which was originally planned to be a quick one but had turned into a month stay. The queen grandmother had come visiting as well to gift her son's child or children as the information given. This was discovered during oner of the queen's health checkups with the head mid-wife, and she was informed that she was to conceive of twins. The king was so overjoyed, but the queen was far too concerned about another pressing matter.
The queen was lost in her thoughts when someone began knocking on the door, this instantly snapping out of it,
"Yes, who is it?"
"Your highness, his majesty has sent me" the queen gestured one of the two maids attending to her to open the door. The maid stepped in with the basket of clothes in hand
"Your highness his majesty has ordered me to hand over to you your robes from the royal tailor"
"Robes? For what occasion?"
"he didn't say your majesty"
"Okay, place it on my chair I will look through it soon. You may take your leave"
"Yes, your majesty" the maid then left with a bow.
" you two, do excuse me. I'll take care of the rest" the queen said to the maids attending to her. Once she was alone in her room she stood up, slowly making her way to the basket, she took out one of the robes and out fell a dusty old scroll, the queen looked confused, she gently placed the robe on the couch, the scroll up and opened it… but it was empty. She scoffed, clearly annoyed
"Was this a prank from a commoner? What audacity!"
the queens annoyed voice cut through the room, she was about throwing it when it suddenly began glowing, this shocked the queen, words began appearing on the once blank paper the words were written in blood, dark blood which symbolizes danger and chaos, she took a seat and began reading the words written on the scroll
'The emerald's vessel shall be born too either stop the sacrilege of evil or be a pawn for chaos. The emerald's vessel shall possess great power, power way beyond any creature in the realm of magic and supernaturality. The emerald shall come of age when the vessel is 6years or older than 8years. Then at this stage the emerald shall manifest and the power shall be unleashed.
One of yours shall be the vessel, and once birthed, it shall possess the eyes of the sun {the glow}, it shall possess unnatural abilities. The other shall also be affected but shall not be the vessel, this born shall be like the moon, as cool and will bloom. The emerald's vessel shall possess the character of fire and be like it's radiance. THIS IS THE CONVENANT!!!"
The queen had read it more than three times before the scroll disappeared into thin air. The queen was shocked although she knew this was going to happen a she was a supern {supernatural being}, but her escape led to her change {became like a human}. Learning this news about her children becoming supernatural's scared her to the core, she lay on her bed in frustration. She was aware of what the emerald was but not the emeralds vessel she was at a complete loss. This took her back to the time when she was a child, she remembered her mother telling her that people will come for her when she was solder, back then it was impossible for hear to see the gravity of such warning, but she soon understood once she was transported into the realm of the supern where she was chased by a very dangerous ground {A very dangerous high level supern}. She didn't know why exactly she was being chased, but those words her mother said made complete sense. She was then saved by a masked mull {a mythical level supern}, who took her in and cared for her, thanks to his help she was able to understand why the ground chased her. It was due to a horrid curse which hell the grounds to chains until they got their hands on the emerald. His explanation also went to the emerald which according to legends was the balance between good and evil and every 200 millennium a vessel was chosen for the emerald but it could only either be a synph's vessel {synph is a sacrilege gem} or a callium's vessel {callium gem known for unbound power of good nor evil}, it further went on talking about the emerald's inability to inhibit a body as a vessel as it is a gem of unnatural power of good and evil. The gem was not to be owned as it was created by THE MERGE which were a group of powerful unbound {unbound are very powerful wizens or wizards}.
This scared the queen as she held her tummy folding into a whorl
"Protect me Jing {Jing was the name of the masked mull who died protecting her from the ground who attacked her all those years ago}" she gently squeezed the necklace she was given by Jing.
