I blinked, looking at the sparkling pair of eyes before me.
‘Are phrases like "Do you believe in fate?" common here too? Maybe they grab anyone and say, "You must pray to the gods" forcefully.’
"Aren’t you out here alone for some peace and quiet?"

"Same here. I just wanted to be alone."
The girl tilted her head as if my response puzzled her.
I slowly withdrew my hand and gave a polite smile.
"It might be better if we both do our own thing."
‘It's not that I don't like you, but I'm just a bit wary of taking you up on that offer so quickly.’
I swallowed back my words and just looked at her silently.
She was quite tall with sky-blue hair, her eyes a shade darker.
It somehow reminded me of the Lowell family.
