The first ones that came to mind as soon as I heard that were My sister and Michael.
They had feelings for each other, but couldn’t make it happen as their timing had been wrong.
But the next names that came to mind, rather unexpectedly, were Aiden and me in the past.
It was a missed connection, hindered by bad timing.
Perhaps the past me harbored feelings for Aiden that transcended friendship, and in all likelihood, that was indeed the case.
