Part 1: An unknown meeting
On a rain soaked evining, the small village of shantipur felt strangely unfamiliar.Under the cloudy sky,a young man named Arup was walking slowly along the muddy road.
Suddenly,he noticed a girl standing under a tree, trying to avoid the rain.Her named was meghla.There was a quiet mystery in her eyes.Arup stepped forward and said," you're getting drenched... would you like some shelter?"
Meghla smiled softly "can anyone really escape the rain?"
With that unusual reply,their acquaintance began -like a drop of rain,brief yet deep.
Part 2: Unspoken feelings
Days passed.Every afternoon,they meet at the same place.Amid the sound of falling rain, silence often spoke more than words.
Arupfelt something changing within him.In Meghla's eyes,he sensed a story she never wished to tell.One day, gathering courage, Arup asked, "Have you ever loved someone?"
After a pause, Meghla replied," Love means waiting...and I'm afraid of waiting." Her words shook Arup. He realized that somewhere in her past, there was a hidden pain.
Part 3: Fairwell in the last rain
One day, Meghla didn't come. The rain fell,but no one stood under the tree. Arup searched for her-through every road and every home in the village. At last, he learned that Meghla had left for the city, without saying a word.
On the day of the last rain, Arup stood there alone.In his hand was a letter he never got to gove her. In the letter,he had written: "If love means waiting, then I will wait for a lifetime..."
The rain stopped, but Arups waiting did not. Because same loves never truly end-they simply become stories.
