Chapter 1 – New World rescript
Akira was an ordinary 16-year-old Japanese boy, but very knowledgeable about pop culture. At that moment, he was finishing the last chapter of Bibliomania.
"What a manga full of twists! Who would have imagined that the protagonist was also the being that exterminated the human race?" he said, closing the manga.
"She also has very overpowered abilities. One of her skills is quite similar to Alucard's: sacrificing a soul to come back to life."
"It was a pretty short story, but very satisfying. Now I'll check the cupboard to see if there's some ramen for me to eat."
Akira left his room and walked through the hallway filled with frames and portraits of a happy family. Upon reaching the kitchen, he went straight to the cupboard… but noticed something.
"Damn! There's no ramen. Now I'll have to go buy some."
After changing his clothes, he left the house — a modest house in Japan.
While walking, he witnessed an accident. A truck hit a car with such force that the smaller vehicle was thrown into the air… and began falling toward Akira.
"Oh my God, I'm going to die?! And why does my ending look like a death from the movie Final Destination?!"
Suddenly, everything went dark.
When he regained consciousness, he felt something very strange, as if something was completely different about his body.
"Wait… why am I wearing a dress?!"
Akira saw a puddle of water. He walked over to it and crouched down. Then he became perplexed. What he saw wasn't himself, but…
"Holy shit. How the hell did I turn into Alice from Bibliomania?"
He stood up, dazed, and stood still for a few seconds, trying to process the absurdity.
"I'm sure I've become her. I literally have all the features and clothes."
His mind tied itself in a knot.
"Does that mean this world is the world of Bibliomania? No… If it were, everything would be in ruins. So what world am I in?"
He took a deep breath, trying to organize his thoughts. That's when his eyes landed on something on the ground.
"How did I not see that before?" he murmured.
Perhaps he was so shocked from waking up in a strange place — or from having possessed a character — that his brain simply hadn't processed the rest. He bent down and picked up the book. On the cover was written: The Book of Truth.
"Wait… if I have Alice's body, how does this book exist?"
He frowned, confused. By the manga's logic, the book should be part of her now. But there it was, intact, in his hands.
"I'll take a look," he decided, overcoming his distrust.

The Book of Truth

Description: This book will serve as an item to facilitate the owner's use of their powers, making them more powerful. After the user becomes strong enough, the book will merge with them, further increasing their strength.
Functions of the Book of Truth
First – Hosting
The owner of the book can make a copy of The Book of Truth with 666 pages and send it anywhere in the world. The user can summon the copy to see how many pages have been filled. Once all 666 pages are filled, the power will become stronger. The user can enter inside the book to observe. Inside, they have the authority to do whatever they want, including removing someone from within.
Second – Masterful Knowledge
The Book of Truth will capture some humans trapped inside the copy and, in exchange, will answer any question. The more important or valuable the question, the more people the book will consume.
Third – Status
Shows powers, personal information, etc.
To unlock future functions, become more powerful.

Suddenly, the book opened, flipped through hundreds of pages, and stopped on a written page.

· Photographic Memory: The ability to remember everything she has seen.
· Reality Manipulation and Creation: Can alter the physics of the world, create things from nothing, and grant wishes, acting as an entity that shapes existence itself.

· Immortality via Resurrection: Can resurrect by using a soul in exchange.
· Type 4 Immortality (Book/Conceptual Based):
Alice has merged with The Book of Truth, becoming an entity that exists as information and data, not as a creature of flesh and bone. She exists beyond the conventional laws of life and death. As a book that contains all knowledge and the absorbed souls of humanity, the physical destruction of her current body is irrelevant, for she "rewrites" her own existence.
· Type 1 Immortality (Eternal/Ageless):
She does not age and does not die from natural causes. Although she appears as a girl, she is over 100 years old and does not suffer the effects of time, being described as a cosmic entity.
· Immortality via Absorption/Consumption:
Alice devours souls, memories, and emotions, transforming them into data. She "eternalizes" this information within herself, fueling her own immortal existence.

"Okay, that's a lot of information."
He closed the book and ran his hand over his face, feeling the pressure of it all.
"But now… I'm going to try to find out where I am."
After walking for a while…
"What's a little girl doing alone in these alleys?" said a thug, approaching.
"None of your business."
"What an ill-mannered little girl! I'm going to teach you some manners."
When the thug tried to get closer, he felt something wrong. He watched the little girl raise her hand. Suddenly, he felt agonizing pain. He looked down only to see his own body transforming into letters that floated toward her. He wanted to curse, to scream… but he had no time.
"Why is it that, even after killing someone, I don't feel the way I expected?" reflected Alice/Akira.
He waited to feel disgust, fear, guilt… but nothing came. Just an empty calm.
"Better not think about that now," he decided, shaking his head. "I have more important things."
"Now I have to admit: that guy helped me a lot."
As the last letters floated toward his body, a flood of memories and knowledge invaded his mind. Names, places, heroes…
"Marvel universe," he murmured, surprised.
"But it's not the movie one."
He processed the information for a moment.
"I think it must be an alternate universe."
