Chapter 6 - Somewhere

⏳ ThreeMonths Later

"Y/N, hurry up!"

"I'm coming!"

You ran across the campus, slightly out of breath.

Late again.

But this time—

you weren't nervous.

Because now…

this place felt like yours.

And so did the people in it.

⏳ Café — Your Usual Spot

"Seven minutes," Taehyung said, glancing at his watch.

"You counted?" you dropped your bag, annoyed.

"I always do," he replied casually.

Jimin leaned forward, smiling.

"I didn't. I was too busy missing you."

You threw a napkin at him.

"Shut up."

He laughed.

Taehyung smirked.

Same table.

Same chaos.

But everything felt…

easier now.

⏳ Moments that changed everything (but didn't feel like it)

You didn't notice when it started.

When Jimin began saving you a seat every day.

When Taehyung started texting you random things like:

"Don't forget your file.""You'll be late again."

When you started replying without thinking.

When your friends stopped asking—

and just knew where you'd be.

"With them again?" Hana teased once.

You didn't even deny it.

⏳ Practice Room

Music echoed softly.

Jimin pulled your hand.

"Come on, just try."

"I don't dance."

"You do now."

Before you could protest—

he spun you lightly.

You laughed.

Actually laughed.

"See? Not that hard," he said.

You shook your head.

"You're impossible."

Across the room—

Taehyung watched.

Not interrupting.

Just observing.

Then—

he walked over.

"You're doing it wrong," he said.

You frowned. "Excuse me?"

He moved closer.

"Your timing is off."

"And you're suddenly an expert?"

Jimin stepped back, amused."Oh, this is fun."

Taehyung ignored him.

"Here," he said.

And before you could react—

he adjusted your position.

Lightly.

Naturally.

But close.

Your breath paused for a second.

"Like this," he said.

You blinked.

"…Okay."

Jimin watched.

Smile still there.

But quieter now.

⏳ Later — Walking Back

The three of you walked side by side.

Jimin talking about something random.

You responding.

Taehyung listening.

But then—

"Y/N!"

A voice called.

You turned.

A guy from another department walked over.

"Hey, I've been meaning to ask—are you coming to the festival event?"

"Oh, yeah maybe—"

"You should," he smiled."It'll be fun. I can show you around."

Before you could answer—

"She's already going."

You paused.

Jimin.

His tone was still light.

But firm.

The guy blinked. "Oh… okay."

Taehyung added casually,"Yeah. With us."

That settled it.

The guy nodded awkwardly and left.

Silence.

You looked at them.

"…What was that?"

Jimin shrugged. "What?"

"You didn't let me answer."

"You were going to say yes anyway."

"That's not the point."

Taehyung spoke this time.

"Then what is?"

You stopped walking.

"The point is—you don't decide for me."

They both paused.

Jimin looked at you.

"…We didn't mean it like that."

"But it felt like that."

Silence again.

Not angry.

Not explosive.

Just… something off.

⏳ That Night

You lay on your bed.

Phone in hand.

Messages from both of them.

Jimin:"Don't overthink it. We were just messing around."

Taehyung:"You're right. We shouldn't have spoken for you."

Two different messages.

Two different tones.

Same situation.

You stared at the screen.

And for the first time—

something felt…

complicated.

Not because of what happened.

But because—

👉 both of them mattered.

In different ways.

But equally.

And that—

was the problem.
