Vessara let go of his hand. "I need to use the bathroom." She said.
Vael nodded as he stepped aside. "Go ahead."
Vessara walked across to the bedroom, to the bathroom, and closed the door behind her. She rushed into the shower, turned on the faucet, and waited for the water to warm up.
Vael reached for his phone on the bed. He unlocked it and opened his Whatchat app. He scrolled through his contacts until he found the name.
Arya Drakos.
He tapped it and began to type. "Morning, Arya, what are you up to?"
The response came within seconds.
"Nothing much. Just getting ready to visit the restaurants. Do you need me?"
Vael typed again without hesitation.
"Yes. Please come over to my place. I need you to make breakfast, lunch and dinner."
There was a short pause before her response appeared.
"Yes, boss." She added a dancing emoji.
