Chapter 631 - Power Reactor Overheating! Ms. Izumi’s Little Thoughts!

Chapter 631: Power Reactor Overheating! Ms. Izumi's Little Thoughts!

Eriri, Sayo, and Sagiri were even more moved.

The three of them had the same thought: Will the drawings I made also appear?!

But the drawings they made were not ordinary!

One was various types of doujinshi!

The other two were Ero Manga Sensei!

If it wasn't lewd pictures, it was various lewd pictures.

If life were to emerge from that as well, what then?

"Ren, will my novel also undergo such a change?" Utaha was also a little worried.

Although she liked her own work, she didn't want the characters from her work to appear in reality.

It would be fine if they truly lived in their own world, but their appearance in reality was chilling no matter how she thought about it.

Especially since her new novel featured a character sampled from Ren.

Eriri was the same.

Her previous work had used Ren's character design.

She didn't want a second Ren to exist!

Sayo and Sagiri were likewise.

After the island, the two of them had intimately exchanged paintings.

And many of them revolved around Ren, especially the weapons they had carefully savored and admired.

They really drew a lot!

The thought of a whole bunch of Ren's Daji appearing in reality made her dizzy and lightheaded, on the verge of a heart attack.

Ren saw their thoughts and worries.

He gently tapped the table, drawing their panicked gazes back to him. His voice was calm, carrying a reassuring weight that anchored their spiraling imaginations.

"Don't worry, the worlds of created works do exist, but I have suppressed the fusion of worlds to a certain extent."

He paused, his golden eyes sweeping over the girls who were visibly sweating at the thought of their 'creations' manifesting.

"Moreover, the worlds of works you create with me as a setting will not exist. You can understand it as I am very special, unique. Of course, your contact with me will also be influenced by me."

"Phew, that's great!" This sentence was a reassurance for the few of them, allowing their hanging hearts to settle.

At least they didn't have to worry about anything strange appearing. Imagine a dozen distorted versions of Ren appearing in the living room based on Eriri's delusional sketches—that would be a disaster of cosmic proportions.

"Then how should these two be handled? Should they be sent back to their original worlds?" Akame asked, glancing at the two newcomers.

"No need, they'll be staying here for now too." Ren replied casually.

"Huh? You're still saying you're not interested in them!" Eriri suddenly stood up, one hand on her hip and the other pointing at Ren.

Her twin tails bounced with her indignation, her face flushing a lovely shade of pink. It was a classic tsundere outburst, fueled by a mixture of possessiveness and insecurity.

She said indignantly, "Honestly, Ren, how can you not resist when you see a pretty girl? Even though you have such a cute me."

"Heh heh." Eriri was pouting, her cheeks puffed out like a chipmunk.

Sayuri didn't stop her, just watched with a smile.

She was communicating with everyone telepathically via the mental link Ren had established for the 'family'.

[Everyone, how long do you think it will take for Ren to tame Eriri?]

Everyone in the living room looked strangely at Sayuri, who was smiling with narrowed eyes.

They thought, aren't you Eriri's mother? How could you talk about Eriri like that behind her back! Though, knowing Sayuri, this was exactly her style of teasing.

Utaha's eyes flickered, a smirk playing on her lips as she adjusted her black pantyhose-clad legs.

[I guess 3 seconds.] She had just stated her guess.

One second.

Ren moved. It wasn't a teleportation, but a movement so fluid and swift it might as well have been. Before Eriri could finish her rant, she was forcefully pulled into Ren's embrace. She landed with a soft thud against his chest, her eyes widening in surprise.

Two seconds.

"Eep!"

Eriri's ear was bitten. It wasn't a hard bite, but a teasing graze of teeth against the sensitive lobe, sending an electric shock straight down her spine. At the same time, Ren's large hand invaded her territory in front of everyone. He didn't hesitate; his hand slipped beneath the hem of her shirt, his palm warm and calloused against her smooth, silken skin. His fingers danced along her waist, teasing the sensitive nerves there with a possessive familiarity.

Three seconds.

"Ugh... Ren..."

Eriri turned into a whimpering little beast, obediently nestled in his embrace. Her previous indignation melted away like snow in the sun. Her body went limp, her arms instinctively wrapping around his neck as she buried her flushed face into his shoulder.

And then there was nothing.

Her anger had vanished in an instant.

This made a thought surface in everyone's minds.

Eriri was just too easy to understand.

Utaha pouted her lips, feeling a strange mix of victory for guessing right and irritation at how easily Eriri folded.

She became obedient in three seconds.

Weak, Eriri was too weak.

Sayuri also felt helpless about her silly daughter. My dear daughter, you really have no resistance against him, do you?

Ren chuckled, the vibration rumbling against Eriri's chest, making her tremble slightly. He didn't let her go, keeping her securely in his lap as he turned his attention back to the matter at hand.

"Icarus is special." He reached out his hand.

A metal collar appeared around Icarus's neck, with a chain connecting to Ren's hand.

Whoosh!

Icarus's back unfolded with snow-white wings. They were mechanical yet ethereal, shimmering with a soft, variable-geometry light that hummed with latent energy.

Although she was also an angel, she was fundamentally different from the Infinite Angels of Baiheng and the others. Baiheng and the others were biological entities elevated to angelic status; Icarus was a technological marvel, a being of science and magic intertwined.

"She's really an angel." Baiheng covered her small mouth, her eyes wide with curiosity.

But strangely, she couldn't feel the power of the same origin as the Infinite Angels given by Ren from Icarus.

"I am Master's entertainment-use omnipotent angel, Icarus." Icarus replied, her gaze fixed on Ren, never leaving him. Her voice was monotone, but there was a tremor of devotion underneath.

"Wait, you're an entertainment-use omnipotent angel?" Utaha looked at Icarus's eyes suspiciously; they were a light blue, innocent and vacant.

But as a fan of Ren... or rather, Unheard Flower Name, she knew all of his works. She had read the drafts, the settings, everything.

Icarus was not some entertainment-use omnipotent angel.

Her true form should be the strategic-use omnipotent angel, Queen of the Sky—Uranus Queen. A weapon capable of obliterating nations with a single shot of her Apollon bow.

Icarus didn't answer.

She had lied, out of fear of being abandoned by her Master. In her programming, or perhaps in the soul that was forming within the machine, she believed that being a weapon meant being discarded once the war was over. She wanted to be something he could keep. Something he could love.

"Don't worry, I never said I'd abandon you because you're a strategic-use artificial angel." Ren's hand rested on her head, gently comforting her. His fingers threaded through her pink hair, scratching lightly behind her ear—a universal gesture of affection that transcended biology.

"Master..." Icarus looked directly into his eyes.

Her chest hurt so much... Not physical pain, but a tightening, a pressure in her reactor that defied her diagnostics.

[Warning! Power core overheating! Power core overheating! Power core overheating!] Noticing the change in her power core, there was a tendency for it to explode at any moment. The variable-wing system on her back fluttered erratically, venting excess heat.

Ren quickly helped her adjust herself. He placed a hand over her chest, right above the Variable Wing Core. A cool, calming energy flowed from his palm, overriding the erratic signals of her system.

Please give flowers. The thought drifted through her mind, irrelevant yet profound.

"It seems your current mechanical power core is still a bit troublesome. Come to me later and I'll help you deal with it." Ren whispered, his voice low and soothing.

"Mm." The temperature of the power core stabilized.

Icarus nodded lightly.

Although it cooled down, she remembered the feeling of that moment.

Her gaze scanned Eriri, who was in Ren's arms, her hormone levels rapidly rising due to the activity of his other hand which was still idly playing with the hem of Eriri's skirt.

An emotion she couldn't comprehend arose in her heart. A spike in logic processing. A conflict in priority targets.

Jealousy.

The sudden overheating of the power core indicated Icarus's intense emotional fluctuations.

This was indeed a problem that needed to be solved.

Ren didn't want Icarus's power core to malfunction when he was being intimate with her. That would be quite the mood killer, not to mention dangerous for the structural integrity of the house.

"In short, that's how it is. Her state can be described as having signed a contract with me."

"I am her Master now, so naturally, I am responsible for her."

Then, he explained his arrangements for the two of them.

"I've already discussed Icarus with Yukino and the others; she'll be staying with them."

Although the discussion process was quite intense, Yukino was sticking out her tongue, her expression dazed, and he wasn't sure if she had heard him clearly.

From his subjective point of view, there was no problem.

After all, Yukino was nodding and responding with 'mm-hm' repeatedly, so what else could that be but agreement?

"As for Altair..." Ren looked at Sagiri and Sayo, asking, "Can she temporarily stay with you?"

"No problem, oh." When his gaze fell on her, Sayo had already guessed he would ask this, so her answer was very quick.

Sayo Izumi, Sagiri's mother, smiled gently. Her eyes, however, held a hidden depth, a glint of opportunity. She adjusted her glasses, the light reflecting off the lenses obscuring her playful intent.

But she also added a small condition.

"Ren-kun, Sagiri says she wants you to be her model. Do you have time tonight?"

!!!

Sagiri, beside her, looked at her mother with a bewildered expression.

How did I not know I had this idea at all? She wanted to protest, to say she never asked for such a thing, but the words died in her throat when she saw the look on her mother's face.

This scene was also taken in by the others.

Each of them knew exactly what was going on.

What model... it was clearly just an excuse, an excuse to monopolize Ren's time!

Nino bit her silver teeth, feeling a little sour.

She already had a boyfriend, but she didn't have time for intimacy. How annoying! Why were the mothers in this group so aggressive? First Sayuri, now Sayo?

Ren saw through Sayo's intentions even more easily.

"No problem." Of course, he had no reason to refuse the benefits that came his way.
