Keifers pov
Just as I was about to leave I got a call from the police station and dammit keigan had my car I knew it shit now I have to go pick him up shit this is so messed up but I promised Kerien I'd take him to get ice cream with Zion... Shit I need to get Denzel to take them instead I buckled in kerien beltedand this time he didn't argue like he normally does I drove in silence until we reached Zions house... God I they lived in a sketchy area but the kid seemed so unbothered...just like his brother I guess. I drove them off to where Denzel was staying now because I needed to go to keigan and i trust Denzel he'll take care of the rest. I pulled into their building if I wasn't wrong they lived in the 12th floor. I walked there with the two boys and I stopped Zion before he ran the doorbell I knew Denzel would get mad at me if we rang the doorbell I woke up grazel I pulled out my phone and called him.

Denzel's pov
Me and Grace were messing around after we had put grazel to sleep so this was rare. But just then we were interepted by my phone. I groaned before getting off her to pick up the call. It was keifer shit I completely forgot he'd drop the boys off here.
"Hello keif? Are you outside?"
"Hey, ya I am I'm so sorry for this but see I need to clear a few problems it's kind important there's somewhere I need to be asap"
"Ya I get it just give me a sec"
I said before hanging up grace got up to get dressed and shit I legit didn't want her to go but I didn't have a choice I understand keifer now. I finished getting dressed myself and went to open the door and when I saw Zion I hugged him tight I haven't seen him in so long and I could feel him clutching my shirt tight as I felt him shiver in my arms and I heard graces footsteps as she entered.
"Kuya when are u coming home mom never gave me a clear answer when I asked."
Those words hurt a lot me and Grace exchanged glances and I looked keifer silently begging him to change the topic and he got the message
"I'll be back soon u sure u guys will be fine?"
I nodded as he whispered something to kerien and walked off. I told the boys to enter and turned to wishper to grace
"We're not done yet later let's finish it."
She bit her lip as it made it obvious she understood.

Keifers pov
Shit did I interept something Denzel's hair it was a mess and he looked like he just rolled out of bed... Ya I definitely interepted something but I didn't have time to care much. I knew the boys were safe so the only thing I had to do now as go get keigan. I don't understand what's going on with keigan now he's acting so troubled this wasn't like him. What's going on?
I pulled up to the police station and I finally managed to get a parking a spot and then I walked in and I saw keigan sitting in one of those plastic chairs looking miserable he avoided eye contact and looked right at the ground.
"Your Mark Keifer Watson? His guardian?"
Asked the officer at the head table and I nodded as a reply and he kept going.
"Well the kid under your guardianship is clearly not 16 nor does he have a license and it's obvious he was smoking while driving"
My eyes widened at the last sentence. Smoking? Keigan? What going on with him.
"Your car has been towed u need to pay to get it released and you also need to pay to get this kid released"
Continued the officer. I finally spoke
"You can give me the cost of both of that combined I'll pay right now"
