Chapter 206 - is filled with energy

Time flowed slowly, and several hours passed quietly.

In a corner of the laboratory, where a soft carpet was laid, two figures sat on the ground.

The girl leaned over a low table, spirit power circulating at her fingertips, meticulously sketching diagrams of soul guidance arrays and basic Spirit Ability construction modules, her expression focused.

Beside her, the young man rested his chin on one hand, looking slightly lazy. His gaze never left the girl's operations, and he occasionally offered a few pointers, appearing inexplicably relaxed.

Kong Mingan was currently very pleased.

Initially, he thought Gu Yue would be a learning dummy like the Ice Empress, but he quickly realized this was not the case.

Gu Yue was not incapable of learning; rather, she overly relied on her innate, nearly Divine Rank intuition.

This was like certain highly talented beings who were accustomed to solving problems by thinking, "My super brain tells me to just use super strength!"

Gu Yue could purely rely on feeling to skip all processes of deduction and comprehension. She did not know the specific knowledge, but she could achieve her goals using the "I think it's like this" method.

Fortunately, Gu Yue was not truly unable to learn; she had merely developed this mental inertia over a long period.

Her powerful mental force granted her terrifying learning and memory capabilities. Any complex theory, as long as she was willing, could be quickly mastered.

In the past, her overly powerful talent made her feel that any problem could be easily solved by intuition, thus causing her to abandon deep thinking.

Now, under Kong Mingan's almost mandatory correction and guidance, her state began to change.

Relying on her inherent Divine Rank Cultivation and powerful talent, and viewing things from a commanding height, Gu Yue's learning progress was astonishingly fast, and her understanding of her own power underwent a qualitative change.

Of course, for the many abilities imprinted within her Bloodline like instinct, Gu Yue was still in the stage of "knowing how to use them but not knowing why," and she still needed time to slowly analyze them.

Watching Gu Yue rapidly assimilate the knowledge, Kong Mingan suddenly asked, "Did you truly inherit none of the Dragon God's memories?"

Gu Yue lifted her head from the Energy model, glanced at him, shook her head, and replied with certainty:

"No. All the abilities I possess have naturally surfaced with my Bloodline since my birth."

Kong Mingan nodded, looking thoughtful.

When the Dragon God fell, he split into the Golden Dragon King and the Silver Dragon King.

The Golden Dragon King inherited the nearly indestructible, powerful divine body, while the Silver Dragon King inherited mental control and elemental authority.

The strength of the former was obvious; five God Kings were helpless against him. Furthermore, the Golden Dragon King, Cultivating in secret during the Late Stage, almost managed to overturn the entire God Realm with a single Dragon charge.

And the latter... Cough. The battle record of the Dragon Young Miss was somewhat humorous. Although mental control and elemental authority were certainly not weak, the Dragon Young Miss's execution was inexplicably hilarious.

Unlike the Golden Dragon King, who could completely rely on his body and disregard his brain, the Dragon Young Miss's talents and abilities clearly required skillful execution and a massive accumulation of knowledge.

However, the Dragon Young Miss lacked this.

This was like a top-tier Mage account, whose skill points had been reset, being taken over by a novice. The novice lacked strength and didn't know how to allocate points, relying only on the abilities that came automatically upon Rank increase.

What kind of strength could that display?

He hadn't thought about it deeply before, but now, upon careful consideration, he suddenly realized: if the Dragon God's power was split in two, where did the boundless, sea-like "memories," accumulated over countless years, go?

Kong Mingan couldn't help but feel some doubt, but he did not speak, simply suppressing the confusion.

Dwelling on this matter now was pointless; he would revisit it later.

Ming'an thought silently, continuing to personally instruct the Dragon Young Miss in knowledge, allowing her to quickly gain the capacity to assist his research.

Time continued to flow. As Gu Yue raised her hand again and skillfully dispersed the complex model constructed of pure white Energy in front of her, she gently let out a breath, her strained nerves slightly relaxing.

"Are you done?" Kong Mingan asked.

Gu Yue nodded, her tone carrying the ease of having completed a task: "I have learned it. At least, I won't hold things back anymore regarding the construction and comprehension of Energy models."

Kong Mingan nodded, saying no more. As he raised his hand, the dark purple "Ring of Destruction" and the emerald green "Ring of Life" appeared simultaneously.

Subsequently, two strands of completely opposing Energy, one from each spirit ring, extended out. They then intertwined in Binding, stably generating that special white Energy.

Seeing this, Gu Yue also acted in sync, drawing forth the Power of Destruction and the Power of Life.

However, compared to the Power of Destruction and Power of Life derived by Kong Mingan from the divine force samples of the God of Destruction and the Goddess of Life, Gu Yue's Power of Destruction and Power of Life were slightly different, carrying a strong elemental aura.

Similarly, under her control, these two forces successfully intertwined in Fusion, forming a mass of white Energy with similar properties.

Light blue data streams flickered in Kong Mingan's eyes as he activated Energy Vision, simultaneously observing and comparing the differences and similarities between the two masses of white Energy in terms of microstructure and Energy fluctuations.

The two simultaneously raised their hands, beginning to switch different elemental ratios, Energy output frequencies, and methods of Energy harmonization. They continuously conducted comparative experiments, attempting to find the most optimal and stable method of composition.

Time passed minute by minute. Kong Mingan frowned slightly.

Although the progress was steady, it was still somewhat slow.

After thinking for a moment, Kong Mingan extended his left hand and naturally grasped Gu Yue's right hand, which was seated to his right.

The moment their auras made contact, a marvelous resonance seemed to occur, and they began to involuntarily merge.

Gu Yue froze, unconsciously turning her head to look at him.

"Continue."

Kong Mingan's calm voice arrived. Gu Yue paused for a moment, then nodded.

She could discern that they were currently in a state similar to a SpiritFusion Ability, though this was not a deep-level SpiritFusion Ability where powers were completely merged, but a shallower state focused more on sensory connection.

In this state, their perceptions were shared, the flow of Energy reflected each other, and even some vague fragments of thought could be directly transmitted between them.

In such a state, efficiency would clearly increase significantly.

Not only that, but she could also vaguely sense the massive computational support coming from the enormous silver-glowing ancient tree behind Kong Mingan.

Under the enhancement of this computational power, her thoughts sped up. She could handle everything in an instant, and this feeling of omnipotence made her slightly dazed.

"Mmm..."

Her thoughts suddenly halted. Gu Yue abruptly felt an arm wrap around her waist from behind.

Given the large cutout design on the back of the maid outfit she was wearing, the hand pressed directly against the smooth, slightly cool skin of her lower back without obstruction, the warm touch of the palm being exceptionally clear.

Immediately following this, a deeper and tighter sensory connection surged in like a tide, elevating their mental link to a new level.

In just an instant, Gu Yue felt herself being filled.

It must be said that in the original work, the authority over the elements and mind, when placed on the Dragon Young Miss, didn't really convey a sense of power; it felt like combat was always based purely on stats.

Therefore, the Dragon King needs to be properly adjusted, as her combat power is truly not weak.

P.S.: And maybe let the Dragon Young Miss play around with a skin that includes a white lab coat and glasses?
