Over the course of the next few days, Ethan had made repeated attempts to speak with aura which has been met with a cold shoulder , polite smile, or total avoidance.
Francis feels torn between the two, and although Ethan had lost his memory about his drunk talk, he has a feeling that they announcement has little effect on Francis. It left him feeling a bit bewildered.
On the other hand after the sleepover the girls had become tight friends, they now had lunch together and spent more time together and somehow that made Francis more relief . He was happy that his two closest people are getting along just fine.
When Avery got to know Aura more she found out that she was easy to get along with and very smart and intelligent.
It didn't feel like such a drag to get to know her. And she was lovely to be with, although her good qualities made how much jealous as she thought that, that was the reason why Francis was in love with her.
She would not change herself for anyone but it sure made her think twice.
During this period Stephanie had taken any chance she could get to be close to Ethan. From the hallway to asking Aura to give up her seat in class, to having her fishes mock her, by the way those are her friends.
But Aura was very elegant, although on a few occasion she almost broke she tried not to let them get to her.
Through their interactions areas also discovered that Aura was in love with Ethan. Aura had also explained what was going on between her and Francis, but she only explained her side of the story. She thought that Francis should be the one to tell Avery that he was in love with her. It was only right and fair for the both of them.
School test was fast approaching and everyone was trying to study hard, failure in the test could mean failure and the exams which would affect their overall score and entry into college.
But despite the test and the break fast approaching there are still some other of students whose minds were somewhere else, that included Vincent, Stephanie and Ethan, who was and eye of the storm trying to figure out who was after him and the former who was trying to complete his plan in the dark.
One clearly in the open and the other in secret.
" This fool, why is such a simple task taking him so long. I guess I have to push more buttons if we want this to happen on the exact date we want it to. My dearest prince I hope you already for what's to come."
The school bell rank signify the end of the school day everyone was nervous they are voices everywhere friends had grouped themselves to study for the test tomorrow.
" Aura stay behind let's study together the four of us." Jeremy asked Aura, Francis and Avery.
" Hey what about me, are you forgetting something?"
" Okay okay I would love to let you in Tina you don't need to be all sassy about it." Jeremy said rolling his eyes .
" Okay let's go study." Francis reached out to pull Aura with him.
" That's not a good idea" she whisper eyeing her left where Avery was.
Francis cleared his throat to gain attention.
" Let's go?" He said stretching out his hands to Avery who unbeknownst to him gladly took it as they all headed down the library.
Ethan was longing he missed her, seeing them all together happy without him and the distance Francis had been keeping away from him recently and the lovely picture of their backs while walking to the library made all sense of rationality snap in him as he decided to go spend time with them...
He missed his friends and he was sorry for being so irrational and excluding them from his plans.
