"one two three four five once I caught a fish alive six seven eight nine ten then I let it go again why did you let it go because it bit my finger so which finger did it bite this little finger on my right." Ivy sang slowly as she did the construction assignment. Then turned to him.
"Spaceship!!!" She stated moving her hand before him.
"Damn you really have spaced out." She stated and hit the back of his head.
"Damn!" He stated holding his head.
"Now I know your favourite word. Why are you spacing out?"
"Nothing."
"Okay let me believe."
"Where is Adrian?"
"At his usual spot. What the hell is wrong with you or you want to two time?" She asked. He remembered the previous night.
"Two time?"
"Yeah. People see you taking breakfast to Dylan daily the obvious conclusion is..."
"I don't like the guy."
"You sure?" A different voice came.
"Why?" He asked turning to him. It was Adrian.
"Nothing." He responded as he pushed him on his seat and sat by him.
"Want a fight?"
"They both aren't here." He stated then looked at him. Then his phone buzzed.
"But phones exist."
"I heard you wanted to talk to me."
"Yes. But not here. I wanted to talk business."
"A scholarship student wants to speak business with me?"
"Why do you imagine I'm a scholarship kid?" He asked.
"You have no band." He responded holding his hand then pulled out a band.
"Can I give this to you?"
"No. I already have mine."
"Which family?" Then a teacher walked in.
"Damn." He stated and walked from him.
"If people found out you are from Madrigal, they'd be pissed." Ivy whispered.
"People?"
"Henry pulled a prank on you. It's on your locker you'll see."
"Why are you giving me a heads-up?"
"Nothing. It's not like I'm for you or against you. But most girls in our class are against."
"Meaning?"
"The top three riches inheritors are all following you. Who would want to be a friend of yours? Like I use the excuse he's my desk mate."
"Do you know how to keep secrets?" He asked. This one seemed as if here mouth was torn the second it was created.
"No." She responded plainly.
"Just as I thought." He responded and looked at the window. He saw Daniel walking to the headmistress office.
"Damn."
"You say that word again I'll be pissed."
"I want to pee."
"Why tell me?" She asked and looked at him in an odd manner.
",Excuse me madam my desk mate would like to pee." She stated. Everyone was silent.
"Go ahead." The teacher responded as he walked out. Everyone burst into a huge laughter.
"Okay let's see..."
"Excuse me madam may I come in." He stated as he knocked at her door.
"Yes." A mild voice came. On opening the door the two stared at him.
"Madam, I am Venice from final class room two. I've been asked to call Daniel out for a rushed class photoshoot for our years magazine. As you know he is the best footballer." He stated blankly.
"Maybe." She said as he stood and walked out with him.
"What is he here to do?" Nice asked as they headed to the toilet.
"Pick me up. A ritual as he stated awaits."
"He is going to find me."
"Why?"
"Spirit stuff wanna listen?"
"No thanks."
"Then we have to find a way of taking you out of that mess." He stated then pulled the Madrigal bracelet from his pocket.
"You are from the Madrigal family."
"Yeah."
"Now that answers my questions."
"Don't worry. I know you aren't a bad guy."
"Excuse me sir I'd like to head to the latrine." Tiw stated as he walked out. This was suspicious. Tiw always was attentive. He wanted to beat Nice in the next test. Dylan walked out without a word to the teacher.
"Of all the places a toilet in class hours?" Sheen stated as he opened the door.
"Fuck!" Joseph exclaimed.
"If Dylan sees this you would be fired." Bison commented.
"Why?" Tay asked interested.
"Well last night..." Nice covered his mouth.
"I called you guys not to discuss about me. I have an issue still about last night." He responded and let go.
"What someone died?" Tiw asked as he arrived.
"No. As I told you the spirit war gas begun. His Dad is here for me indirectly."
"Meaning?"
"I woke him up yesterday as he was in a spiritual ritual. Now if they reverse the ritual then they will find who distorted the mission plus I'm not ready to face this now. I'm kind of in a tight spot with the three guys.
"So what do you want us to do?
"Prevent him from leaving. By distructing the principal his dad or just something."
"And you go do your mission. We will handle this." Tiw said tapping his shoulder. Then his phone chimed. He turned to it. Adrian.
"Okay so plan it out. Thanks guys." He stated and walked out. At the door he saw him.
"Why are you here?"
"Why were you with Daniel alone in the toilet during class hours?" Then his phone chimed again. He looked at it.
'Hurry up' the message had him on hook.
"It was none of your business."
"Where are you going?"
"To do my loyal job as a servant. Want to help? He asked sarcastically.
"So it didn't mean a thing to you?" Dylan asked the guy who was walking away.
"I can't fall in love." He commented and left. Then the door opened. Tiw walked out.
"I told you but you didn't listen." He responded and walked away.
"Why can't he fall in love?"
"Some spirit stuff wanna listen?"
"No thanks. You two are really BFF'S." He responded with a smile as they all walked out. This was life. Nothing was more important than the friendship the two hard for them. They had their all in it.
