Grand Line, Sabaody Archipelago.
Human Auction House No. 1.
A full-frequency forced broadcast was still ongoing.
At this moment, it felt as though time itself had frozen across the entire world.
The East Blue, West Blue, South Blue, and North Blue.
The first half of the Grand Line.
The New World.
Marine Headquarters.
The Holy Land, Mary Geoise.
Billions of eyes were fixed on the same image.
On every screen, the once-lofty Celestial Dragon—Saint Charlos, who normally refused to breathe the same air as commoners—was now pinned helplessly to the ground. Blood stained his body, his dignity long since shattered, his pitiful cries echoing for all to hear.
In the New World, aboard the Moby Dick.
Whitebeard gripped his sake jar tightly, veins standing out on the back of his hand, his gaze heavy and grave.
"Gurarara… This is madness," he said slowly.
"A public execution of a Celestial Dragon, broadcast to the entire world… This isn't provocation anymore. It's tearing away the last veil of an eight-hundred-year lie."
Not far away, Kaido stared at the screen with unrestrained excitement, crushing his gourd in his jaws.
"Worororo! Well done!"
"So these are 'gods'? Then they deserve to be trampled like this! Uchiha Tobirama… I want to fight you more than ever!"
Across the seas, countless slaves and oppressed civilians were in tears. Some fell to their knees before the screens, shouting hoarsely.
"Kill him!"
"Justice has finally come!"
---
Back at the auction house.
Tobirama slightly eased the pressure beneath his foot, just enough for the man beneath him to speak.
"Talk," Tobirama said coldly.
His voice, carried through the broadcast, resounded across the world.
"Tell everyone what kind of things you've done."
"I—I'll talk… I'll talk…"
Saint Charlos was completely broken, sobbing uncontrollably.
"I treated lives like toys… I ordered killings on a whim…"
"I'm trash… I'm a monster…"
Each trembling confession struck the World Government like a hammer blow.
Many Marines watching the broadcast clenched their fists in shame, unable to look away yet unable to endure what they were seeing.
"That's enough," Tobirama said, cutting him off.
The disgust in his eyes was unmistakable.
"Did you all hear that?"
He looked straight into the lens, his gaze cold and piercing.
"This is the 'god' you were told to fear."
"Cruel. Greedy. Cowardly."
"If such filth can call itself divine…"
"Then today, I will pass judgment."
With a clear metallic sound, Tobirama drew his sword.
The temperature in the auction house seemed to drop in an instant.
"No! Don't kill me!" Saint Charlos screamed hysterically.
"I have money! I have status! I'm a World Noble!"
"Five Elders! Save me! Someone save me!"
There was no hesitation in Tobirama's expression.
He raised his blade, facing the camera, his voice calm and merciless.
"Go."
"And remember this name."
"Uchiha Tobirama."
The blade fell.
The screen shook violently for a moment, then steadied.
The world fell into absolute silence.
No cheers.
No screams.
Only stunned stillness.
He had done it.
Before the eyes of the entire world, a Celestial Dragon had been executed.
---
Then, in the quiet auction house—
Brrr-brrr-brrr…
A sharp Den Den Mushi ringtone echoed.
The call came from a golden Den Den Mushi bearing the highest emblem of the World Government.
Tobirama calmly put away his sword.
He did not end the broadcast.
Instead, he picked up the Den Den Mushi and answered, switching it to speaker mode.
"Hello," he said lightly.
For a moment, there was only suffocating silence.
Then an aged, oppressive voice filled with barely restrained fury came through.
"Uchiha Tobirama."
Every word was heavy with rage.
"Do you understand what you've done?"
"You have crossed the ultimate line."
"You are declaring war on the World Government itself."
The voice grew colder, sharper.
"Do you think you are untouchable?"
"Once the World Government moves without restraint, you—and everyone connected to you—will be erased."
It was a direct threat.
The entire world heard it.
A chill spread through those who had been celebrating just moments earlier.
Eight hundred years of rule was not an empty boast.
But Tobirama laughed.
Quietly at first, then openly.
"Hunting me down?" he said calmly.
"Then come."
He faced the camera, his presence overwhelming.
"I'm right here in Sabaody, heading for the New World."
"Bring everything you have."
His voice dropped, cold and resolute.
"Either you kill me…"
"Or I tear down that so-called Empty Throne."
"Let's find out."
Crack.
The Golden Den Den Mushi shattered in his hand.
---
Red Line, Holy Land Mary Geoise.
The Chamber of Authority.
"He hung up!"
The Five Elders erupted in fury.
"He dared to threaten the Empty Throne!"
"Kill him!"
"No more restraint!"
"Erase him at all costs!"
Orders rang out in rapid succession.
Plans long sealed away were dragged back into the light.
At that moment, the Five Elders understood one thing clearly:
If Uchiha Tobirama was not stopped—
The rule of the World Government itself would collapse.
