Rough sand and gravel surged like boiling brown waves, carrying crushing force as they rushed toward Rei Akagi and Cynthia.

A cold snort filled with supreme authority echoed directly inside everyone's minds.
The Rayquaza pendant on Rei Akagi's collar glowed faintly.
A fierce gale, far purer and sharper than the sandstorm itself, suddenly appeared and shredded the entire storm apart, scattering the sand into nothingness.
The sudden reversal made the leader's heart jolt violently.
A chill shot up his spine.
But his fanatic devotion to the organization suppressed his fear.
His gaze toward Rei Akagi only became darker and more vicious.
Rei Akagi raised an eyebrow, utterly speechless.

Gastly burst out from the shadows like a phantom, its eyes glowing with sinister purple light.
The shadow beneath Mega Tyranitar suddenly turned into a swamp-like abyss.
Countless shadowy tendrils surged out, binding its limbs and body and pinning it firmly in place.
At that moment—
Garchomp had already finished charging.
"Raaaah!!!"
A blazing dragon-shaped wave of destructive energy tore through the air, passing just inches from the leader's nose.
It struck Mega Tyranitar square in the chest.
BOOM!
The terrifying impact slammed the massive Pokémon deep into the ground, forming a huge crater.
The rainbow-colored Mega Evolution light flickered violently before extinguishing like a dying candle.
Inside the crater—
Tyranitar had reverted to its normal form, its body scorched black and smoking.
Its eyes spun helplessly.
It had completely lost the ability to battle.
"No—my Tyranitar!"
The leader's heart twisted in agony. His fists clenched so tightly that his nails dug into his palms.
To obtain this Tyranitar from the organization, he had invested enormous effort and ambition.

It had been one-shot immediately after appearing.

Their combined aura spread outward like an immovable mountain.
Like the towering peak of Mount Coronet, impossible to cross.
"I never said you were allowed to pass."
Cynthia's eyes turned icy.
She calmly took out a custom lipstick and drew a confident line across her lips.
"Garchomp—Mega Evolve."
The fierce battle outside was soon sealed behind the heavy palace doors.
Rei Akagi flashed into the palace and sprinted through the empty corridors.
His aura sensing felt like sinking into a dead sea.
No response.
His heart sank.
He stopped searching other rooms and headed directly for the mysterious jade coffin.
He had a strong feeling.
That coffin was extremely important.
After all, Team Rainbow Rocket wouldn't infiltrate this place without a purpose.
When Rei Akagi entered the main chamber—
His pupils shrank.
His suspicion had been correct.
The once-empty hall was now filled with sophisticated machines.
Thick cables wrapped around the ancient jade coffin like vines.
It looked both striking and sinister.
The moment he stepped in—
Zzzzzk!
A tearing sound ripped through the air.
A violent purple lightning bolt suddenly split open space itself.
A twisted Ultra Wormhole appeared.
An overwhelming spatial pressure surged outward like a tidal wave toward Rei Akagi.
"Hmph!"
Rei Akagi snorted coldly.
Black light flashed from his collar.
Rayquaza burst out, instantly returning to its full form and coiling protectively around him.
With a single swing of its tail—
The invisible spatial force was smashed away.
It slammed into the wall beside them.
BOOM!
The solid wall collapsed inward, forming a massive spherical crater.
The entire palace shook violently.
Bronze vessels along the walls rattled with harsh echoes.
The shockwave exploded outward from the impact point, destroying the instruments around the jade coffin.
Cables snapped.
Sparks flew everywhere.
Rei Akagi stared at the Ultra Wormhole without even frowning.
From within it—
A middle-aged man in a dark suit stepped out slowly.
Beside him stood a humanoid Pokémon clad in half-body armor.
Futuristic.
Intimidating.
Cool.
