Rafael at the moment was meeting with a client on the top floor of the club, the city of Eden was prosperous and seemed everlasting on the surface but the truth of the matter was that the country was on the brink of collapse. The Country of Karl which the city of Eden resided is controlled by corporations , gangs, syndicate and other organize crime which supplies eighty percent of the national GDP.
The country of Karl is a coastal country which is located on the west of the continent of Pearl, On Karl in the west of the country oil rig continuously supplies the country with oil, tourism is abundant to the east flat lands for planting and to the north and south is mountains that is mineral rich.
The country should be flourishing but the rampart corruption of corporations who controlled resources of the countries , gangs and syndicates who controlled the streets directing traffic flow of all kind of goods with organized crime enterprise that hold politicians the country to bring in the goods to be shipped , auction, or and sold to others towards their final destination. Many politicians have accepted the fact and kept the problem hidden but the truth of the matter is many people just closed their eyes and conscious to the fact that the country is deeply rooted in corrupt conduct since the founding of the nation.
Truth of the matter is that there was nothing regular people could do, even clean politicians get swayed by the inability to do nothing and they eventually get bought by.
As Karl ended the meeting with his associates and they began to leave a man walked into his office.
"Is everything okay Zaider?"
"Everything is okay boss but your friend Daniell ask us to bring you this" Zaider the man took out a small vial which contained the Yellow ash that he put.
Looking at the substance he has never before seen, Rafael asked Zaider if its safe?
Getting the go ahead Zaider squared a small bump on his finger and snorted it.
"Boss this is good stuff!" Zaider immediately said.
Rafael took a glance at Zaider and took a small bump and tried it also, The feeling immediately hit him as the effects of the drug immediately enveloped him. Rafael has never felt anything like it before, Rafael immediately thought of the possibilities that this Yellow ash can bring.
Rafael was not just a club owner, he owned many enterprises such as cafe's, bars, clothing store, processing plants for meat and many more. He was also in business with the underground for shipping and distribution of goods throughout Eden.
Immediately Rafael got up and headed to the box where Erwin was with Zaider and his bodyguards that was always with him. Upon arriving Rock was surprised to see Rafael, Rafael gave him a quick nod and pointed at the door. Rock immediately understood and blocked the door with Zaider so they could not be interrupted all the while Rafael went to Daniell and asked her about the product.
They briefly talked about the product and its possibilities , Daniell father was a partner of Rafael back in the day. He was the one that brought Rafael on board in the underground a few years back thus him becoming friends with his partners daughter Daniell.
Daniell immediately brought Rafeal to Erwin's table where everyone was getting merrily more acquainted than before.
"Hello , you're Erwin right" Rafael extended his hands and Erwin politely with a firm and yet friendly grip shook hands.
"Yes , how are you and how can I help you?" Erwin was wondering what this big boss of the club needed with him.
"It's about the yellow ash, May I ask about it?"
"Yeah , its a foreign product made overseas" Erwin already had used the excuse in the gathering when the people in the table were asking questions about it.
"Can you get more of it?" Rafael wanted the product bad it can really set him up if he could get a plug towards its source.
In business its really rude to ask for the source so Rafael just asked if he could get more, Erwin he though could be his plug and if possible he could in the future meet the source when trust is established.
"Yes I can " Erwin smiled.
Erwin was confident on the product that he had, he knew it first hand when he tried it that the effects of the drug was out of this world and in his game world he had a massive amount of goods from arsenal to drugs and many more. His game world was working around the clock , meaning his criminal empire in his game world never rested, all of it just went into his infinite inventory. There were other things that he has not tried yet in the interface, and when he gets home he will try it.
Erwin and Rafael talked about the specifics of the substance, cost , weight , drop off and revenue. The night went the talks went and eventually everyone went their separate ways. Erwin got home and laid in bed and in the following day he woke up early,. A small plan forming in his mind about how to use the game into his advantage, checking the game interface he clicked on manpower. In the game to acquire manpower you needed a cloning facility, the each clones were distinct from each other meaning each one was different.
Each clones had a specific specialty depending of what you decided to program them with in the game, Erwin decided to experiment he clicked on 3 clones. One was number 1818, 1457 and 3417. Clone number 1818 specialized in negotiation , business and coordination , clone 1457 specialized in espionage, counter espionage , assassinations, and clone 3417 specialized in special tactics and operations.
Thinking of taking them out the game a small flicker in the interface and then the three men appeared in Erwin living room. Each one was distinct from each other, their age, clothes, weight , height and their specialties. They looked at Erwin and their eyes glowed red and they asked for a new directive. Each clones that when created is brainwashed to follow their respective leader and since Erwin is their respected leader so they asked for a new directive.
Erwin gave each men directive after directive making sure each one understood the orders that was given to them. Afterwards their eyes glowed again green this time understanding their directive orders from Erwin. Erwin decided to name the three men 1818 ( Darby ), 1457 (Lucas) , 3417 (Rudolf) . Erwin looked at the clones as they settled in his apartment for the moment, they acted like normal people, they talked , joked and laughed.
** A WEEK LATER **
After Erwin got off work he readied himself with the meet with Rafael, Erwin brought Darby , Lucas and Rudolf with him. During that week before the meet Erwin got the hang of the game interface , now ready he went towards the meet. Erwin equipped his men with the best possible equipment that could blend in this era then called a taxi and the three behind him acted with precision.Erwin didn't have to do anything Darby, Lucas and Rudolf did everything for him.
Arriving in the "Galore Galley" , Erwin and his men went towards the side of the building into an alley. Erwin went towards the side door and knocked, the door opened and they were escorted into a secure location. Rafael soon came out with a smile flanked with his two bodyguards like last time but this time he had four extra people that was behind him.
Erwin didn't know but these four people were the four biggest gang that ran Eden.
Upon arrival smiling then with a surprised expression seeing Erwin with three other people Rafael wondered who these men were, they brought a distinct aura to the meet.
Erwin after giving the nod to the three, went ahead and walked towards Rafael.
"Hello" Erwin smiled all the while shaking hands with Rafael.
"Hello my friend" Rafael smiled all the while introducing the four people behind him.
Erwin looked behind Rafael there were two men and two women and they had distinct tattoos that represented their Sect in their arms and faces. Erwin didn't know but he has seen those on the news , common knowledge that these four were gang members.
"This is Rafa , Dante , Rosa and Diane" Rafael wanted to specifically introduced them to build trust within each other.
The man named Rafa who had dear tattoos that's colored red and purple tattoos spoke " This better be the spice of the spice man , I came here for good stuff" .
The other three voiced their concerns also saying that their time better not be wasted.
Erwin knew their doubts but he was beyond confident in his product because the product was from a game , a futuristic game nonetheless. Erwin smiled and headed to a table nearby, taking out 10 blocks from the bag, Erwin emptied the cases and only brought the blocks. Each compressed block weight 2.1 kilos or 4.62 pounds. Each block were in tightly seal plastic wrapped in tape, Erwin set the 10 blocks and told them to pick one to try.
The woman Diane who had a dove and angel tattoos in dove and silver immediately picked one of the blocks and Erwin opened it showing them the Yellow ash, spreading a small amount on the table and creating some lines.
"Go ahead"
The four went towards the table and one by one snorted the lines, as soon as they snorted the lines they looked at Erwin.
"This is really spicy man!, bread and butter!" one of the four spoke
These four thought it was just another deal, Rafael told them it was a revolutionary drug but they didn't believe it, but now they do. They felt really alive, the adrenaline rush of dopamine was flooding their inner minds, melding into pure happiness of goodness.
Before the four can ask anything Rafael cut in, six for me like we discussed and each one for you.
The four leader of the gangs looked at Rafael, they did agree on that but now that they tasted the product they wanted more of it.
"Darby" Erwin called and a tall man in stature with closed slit eyes walked towards the group
"This is Darby , you can negotiate with him about everything as for the six blocks they go to Rafael with the price we set?" Erwin looked at Rafael
"Yes 160k Rubes per block as agreed" Rafael looked behind him and one of his body guards went into a corner and took out a hidden bag.
Erwin smiled and sent Lucas to take the bag from Rock.
"Good doing business with you, if you have anymore just contact this number" as trust was built Rafael gave a contact number to Erwin.
"I will be sure to call" Erwin smiled and looked towards the four
"Seems like negotiations are over"
Darby walked towards Erwin with a small bag " We got 190k rubes for each one , a total of 760k".
Erwin was satisfied and that concluded their business , the four gang leaders also handed a contact number to Erwin. Erwin apologize at to him as of yet he had any secure way to contact them, he has not taken out any item in the game for communication. He decided that that was the next thing he would solve.
With their business concluded everyone went their ways happily.
