Ayanokouji POV
Kaguya, Karma, and I are planning on heading to the rooftop but before that. I wanted to meet with Shigeru-sensei first. As we continued to walk, I got a text message from Sato, and she asked me if I could hang out with her later, but I told her that not right now, but I do promise her to have a date with her during winter break. It would be heartless of me to decline but I have never been on a date before. I wonder how I should do this. I'll think about it later, maybe I'll ask Miyuki or Kazuto some tips.
"Hey Kiyotaka-kun, I thought we're supposed to save Karuizawa-san?" Kaguya asked
"Not yet I still need to talk to sensei" I replied as we arrived at the classroom where Shigeru-sensei was.
"Ayanokouji, what is it?" he asked as he looked at me.
"I just want you to come with me?"
"For what?"
"I just want you to be a witness, that's all" I replied
"I'm guessing this has something to do with Ryuen?" he asked
"Exactly"
"*sigh* fine but I suggest you also bring Sae as well since I could already guess who Ryuen might be targeting" oh great don't tell me he knows...
"So, you know too, sensei?"
"I may or may have not eavesdropped on your conversations sometimes." I can't blame him for that, he is a former White Room student instructor. So, I'm not surprised that he still has some tricks up his sleeve.
"I'll join you soon enough" he said as the three of us nodded and left.
We arrived at the staircase where the door to the rooftop was just nearby. From there, I saw Chabashira-sensei waiting at the staircase.
"So you arrived" I said
"I got your text message. But why would you invite me here to observe the situation?" she asked
"Well" I said as I pointed at Ishizaki who was carrying buckets of water on his way up.
"I see, so you intend to help her?"
"Give us a few more minutes" I replied
"Minutes? what are we waiting for? Karuizawa-san is in trouble up there and you want us to wait?" Kaguya said sounding worried
"Yeah, you said this a rescue mission, not a waiting mission" Karma said with a tone of displeasure
As we waited for a bit, it seems that he has arrived.
"Ayanokouji"
"Horikita-senpai"
"Hey Ayanokouji-kun" Nanami-senpai has also arrived and of course she's playing on her Gameboy
"What are you even doing here Nanami-senpai?" I asked
"Well ever since I told her about the message you sent me, she decided to tag along as a witness as well, besides she has also taken an interest in you and Class S." Horikita-senpai said
"Yeah, after all, you have taken my deal. So, you have to help me and senpai now" she said
"Deal? what deal did you make with her?" Kaguya asked
"I'll explain it later" I replied
"I want you to make this quick, besides you already know our deal after all" Horikita-senpai said
"Very well" I said as I signaled Kaguya and Karma to come with me. Now it is strange for me to bring backup given that I can take on all of them at once no problem. But I just simply brought them here in case Ryuen tries anything dirty.
I opened the door to the rooftop, and we witness the scene that already unfolded. Ryuen and his goons are there and Karuizawa was shivering on the ground all wet. She really went through a lot just to wait for me. I did promise to protect her after all. I looked at her and said:
"I'm sorry to keep you waiting."
"Yeah, your knight in shining armor came to save you" he said pointing at me, not now Karma
"Huh? what's Class S doing here?! no it can't be?!" Ishizaki said in shock
"You gotta be kidding me" Ibuki joins in as well as I noticed Ryuen staring at me
"Can I help you three?" he asked
"Well, she did ask for my help if she needed it, and also I am the one you are looking for" I replied
"Is that so? kukukukuku, you really hit a nail on that head of yours, do you know just how screwed you are?"
"Nahh I think it's the other way around" Karma said with a confident tone while getting ready for action
"There's no need for you to take action" I said to Karma
"Eh? what are you talking about?"
"Besides, I think I should take them on myself"
"Huh? you do realize that there's four of them, right? How about the three of us work together and..."
"Don't worry Kaguya, besides it's not like I'm in trouble." I said as I stepped forward.
"We're going to report this incident to the school if you even think about exposing me" I threatened
"Really? how about this, I'll ruin this pathetic girl of yours by revealing her secrets" he retorted
"That's fine by me, I don't care if everyone knows about it anymore" Karuizawa screamed as I saw Ryuen slowly getting agitated
"Wait, are you fine with..."
"Kaguya, stay behind me" I said as suddenly Ishizaki threw a punch at me, but I caught his arm and broke his hand.
"aaaaaaghhhhhhhh" he screamed in pain
"Kiyotaka look out!" Kaguya screamed as I saw Albert from the side trying to attack me from the side but dodged it quickly.
I dodged most of his blows until I found the right opportunity to give his throat a hand-chop knocking him down to one knee.
I heard Ishizaki's scream from behind, it was a big mistake on his part since he gave out his position of a surprise attack and punched him in the nose, breaking it.
Albert suddenly charged at me, but I instantly kicked him in the head. Knocking him out
Ishizaki then tried to stand up, I gave him one more punch right to the side of his face knocking him down.
"Woah" Karma could only mutter from his mouth. He knows I'm strong, but I guess he wasn't expecting me to win that so easily. He was pretty speechless from what just happened.
"All of you are but puppets being controlled in the palm of my hands" I said as I glared at Ryuen.
"Kaguya, go check on Karuizawa" I ordered as she nodded and went to her.
"You bastard...how could you even beat those two?!" Ibuki shouted.
I just looked at her without even saying a word.
"Ayanokouji!" she then rushed towards me.
Then Ibuki charged at me with her kicks but just like before, I dodged most of them with ease as I managed to grab her throat and slammed her down, I'm practically choking her at this point but not as hard compared to what I did to Daigo, but it would be enough to knock her oxygen supply.
That's three down and just one more.
"kukukuku, you really are something huh Ayanokouji?" Ryuen said while laughing.
"I told you, not even the four of you can stop me"
"Is that so? What was that you said earlier? We're just puppets in the palm of your hand? Don't try to screw with me."
Just then he charged at me as we took blow for blow as he began to rant.
"Hah! to think that you were behind everything from the start" he said as he tries to land another punch which I blocked.
"The trial, the fact that you stopped Hiyori from sabotaging your class on the island, the Zodiac Exam, everything!" he added
"But I know you're not the only one, I've also figured out that the second mastermind was Katagiri Yuuichi." Ryuen continued as he tries to land a kick
"In fact, Manabe already told me that before, but I wasn't sure at first." He said as another blow he gave, I blocked again.
"However, she told me recently that Katagiri was the one who blackmailed her and her friends. which prompted her to be the traitor."
I continue dodging until I kicked him in the stomach knocking him down.
"Not bad, but you're far weaker as I anticipated" I said
"Interesting" he said as he got back up and continued trying to attack me as I continue to block and dodge everything.
"Don't you get it; fear is created through pain so I will show you that pain in order for you to fear me" Ryuen said as I allowed him to land a powerful blow which barely hurt.
"I don't understand, do you even know what fear truly is?" I asked
"I don't have any, what about you?" Ryuen asked back.
"Are you afraid of losing?"
"Losing? You don't get it do you. Why do you think I challenged the four of you at the same time without needing any help from Karma or Kaguya?"

As I said my words, I dodged another set of punches until I started landing all of mine and performed a judo takedown on him and mounted him on the ground and started punching him in the face repeatedly, over and over again.
"ku.....ku....you think s*** like this is going to stop me?" he asked as I continue to pound him. Just like with Daigo, I felt a slight rage in knowing that someone harmed the person that I actually cared about....care....this word is still foreign to me when it comes to a person. But I felt my face slowly change as I continue to put him down.
"I'll win in the end, you hear me?!? Ryuen continues to talk. I'll shut him up eventually
"Is that all you got? I will not stop. You hear me?!"
He continues to talk but slowly but surely, he's getting silent as I continue the assault. If this were Daigo right now, he would've been dead but I'm not going to go this far on Ryuen since I do need something for him to do in the future.
I kept hitting him and his face is suddenly changing from confidence to fear.
"So, this is it, this is fear" I said as I landed the finishing blow and knocking out the so-called tyrant of Class C.
It was over. I stood up surveying the scene before me. As I saw Kaguya, Karma, and Karuizawa in awe at what just happened. I went towards Karuizawa as she was still shivering. I took off my blazer and put it around her.
"Are you alright?" I asked her
"Y-yeah, I think so" she replied
"Ohh thank goodness" Kaguya said with relief.
"Aww man, you didn't even leave me scraps to play with?" Karma said
"Sorry, it's not my fault that they are this weak" I replied
"Hey Kaguya-chan, let's leave these two alone, if you know what I mean" Karma said while winking. What the hell was that?
"Ohh *giggle* I get." She said as she stood up and walked away with Karma.
"We'll leave you two with your private business. Try not to take too long" Karma said while wearing a smirk on his face
"Sorry about this, you really went through a difficult time." I apologized
"It's fine, I'm still just cold" she replied
"I promised to protect you, remember. I kept it in the end" I said
"Thanks, Kiyotaka" she said while looking at me smiling, what is this feeling?
Must be my imagination.
"You should dry up somewhere else. I got something to do first" I said
"Okay" she said as she walked off
I looked around the area and grabbed one of the buckets of water and poured it onto Ryuen
"H-huh!??"
"Good you're awake"
"Y-you, you...monster" he said with a soft tone with a hint of anger
"You know this isn't over yet" he added
"Are you sure? there are witnesses downstairs you know" I said as the color has suddenly drained from Ryuen's face
"I...see"
"Before I go, I want you to meet me before winter break"
"Huh? why would I do that?"
"Because I want you to discuss something about a certain person who also used you in the past" I said
"Used? wait you mean"
"Yes, I want you to help me deal with Daigo Haru"
