"Thank you, Gloria. You are really a great help."
"It is nothing. I'm also very glad to spend some time with you." Gloria smiled before standing up.
"Alright, I need to go now. My House is having a meeting today. Doesn't your House have one as well?" Gloria asked.
"Meeting? For what?" Oliver asked. To be honest, he rarely talked with the other students from his House. After class, he would usually go straight back to his dorm and rest. So he never knew any latest information about his House.
"Sigh. Are you serious?" Gloria shook her head.
"They are holding a meeting for selection. In the second semester every year, they hold the Annual Inter-House Competition. It involves students from all years. The students who perform well in that competition will receive high marks toward their grades. It is one of the best ways for students to pass the year besides the final exam."
"Ahh... I see. So there is something like that." Oliver scratched his cheek awkwardly.
