He scanned the Destroyer God Realm and realized that neither Beerus nor Whis were present. That made him pause in surprise.
At the same time, elsewhere—
On King Kai's planet.
The elderly North Kai stood trembling in fear as he looked at Beerus and Whis. His body shook uncontrollably.
Not far away, Goku, a gorilla, and a small insect-like being were hiding, peeking at the two. Goku's face showed curiosity and confusion, but the other two were drenched in cold sweat, their bodies shaking in terror.
"So that's Beerus… the God of Destruction?"

"Oh? Long time no see, North Kai."
Beerus stepped forward from behind Whis and waved casually, looking surprisingly relaxed.
"Wait… he… he's the—?!"
Goku's eyes widened as he stared at Beerus. "Beerus?! The God of Destruction?!"
At that moment, Beerus also noticed Goku peeking from the side. He turned his gaze toward him, and their eyes met. A faint, unreadable smile appeared on Beerus' lips as he said to Whis, "That one… he's a Saiyan too."
"Huh?!"
Seeing Beerus notice Goku, North Kai panicked. He quickly stepped in front of Beerus and said anxiously, "Lord Beerus, I'll prepare food for you right away—"
"Move."
Beerus glanced at him coldly.
"Lord Beerus—"
North Kai tried to speak again, but Beerus raised a finger, a faint glow gathering at its tip.
Seeing that light, North Kai swallowed hard and slowly stepped aside, sweat pouring down his face.
"Hey, Saiyan. You—come here."
Beerus beckoned with a finger.
Goku pointed at himself, then glanced back at the others who had already hidden themselves. He turned back and asked, "Me?"
"That's right. You."
Goku scratched his head and walked forward. Noticing North Kai frantically signaling him to stop, he ignored it, grinning as he bowed politely.
"Hello, Lord Beerus."
Beerus rubbed his chin, studying him for a moment before asking, "Can you turn into a Super Saiyan?"
"Of course! I can go Super Saiyan 1, 2, and even Super Saiyan 3!"
Goku grinned brightly, then suddenly showed admiration as he added, "But compared to someone I know, my transformations aren't that impressive."
"Oh?"
Beerus grew interested. After looking Goku over again, he nodded. "Then transform and let me see your strength. As for the person you mentioned—I think I know who that is."
"Yes, Lord Beerus!"
Goku's eyes lit up. He quickly agreed, though he hesitated for a moment before adding, "Um… can I request a spar with you?"
"Goku!"
North Kai's face turned pale as he shouted, "Do you have any idea how powerful Lord Beerus is?! You can't possibly fight him!"
"Haha, I know he's strong. But I really want to see just how strong someone is—especially someone even Zeru said he couldn't beat!"
Goku scratched the back of his head, grinning, but his eyes were filled with fighting spirit.
He wanted to test it for himself.
"Hm… So Zeru admitted he's not my opponent. Interesting."
Beerus was slightly surprised, but more intrigued by Goku. He smirked and beckoned again. "Fine. Since you want to see it so badly, I'll show you."
"Haha! Thank you, Lord Beerus!"
Goku bowed deeply, then leapt back. Clenching his fists, he roared, "Haaah!"
"Hmm?"
Beerus raised an eyebrow as Goku's aura surged.
"Lord Beerus, this is my Super Saiyan form."
Golden flames erupted around Goku as his hair turned bright gold.
"Mm. I see."
Beerus wasn't impressed at all. He had seen far beyond Super Saiyan—even Super Saiyan 4 and 5.
Super Saiyan 1 meant nothing to him.
With a casual wave, he responded lazily and stood there, unmoving.
