The shelling stopped, and the smoke on the battlefield slowly dispersed with the wind.

Looking down the passage, all you could see were Chuckna warriors sitting wearily in the mud. Some were resting their eyes against the walls, others gulping down water. There were also some having their wounds bandaged by two bandit army medics. Their clothes were beyond recognition, covered in mud and dirt.
The bandit soldiers sat in the concealed trench behind the battlefield, fiddling with the weapons they had just acquired, while bragging and chatting.
