Don't mention that the current position has already been shattered; even if it were a newly constructed and intact position, it's impossible to protect these ten or so people from defeating over a hundred well-prepared Jiepeng Soldiers!
The artillery covering the position is repeatedly plowing through it, and the warriors can vaguely see the Jiepeng people at the bottom of the hill, starting to stir. Perhaps, at the next artillery extension, they will charge at the fastest speed. It would take only a dozen seconds for them to rush to a position less than sixty meters in front of the position, and at the moment the artillery ceases, they would be at most less than forty meters away.
Forty meters... for a position without artillery counter-support, it almost means falling!
No one knows how large the casualties on the position have been amid a few rounds of artillery cover. Even if all survived, they would face an attack from an enemy ten times their number.
