This was the World Mountain but because a piece of it was dug away, its laws weren't complete. If he wanted to spirit control this World Mountain, he would have to find the piece that was dug away. Not a piece of it can be missing.

He would have to find that missing piece but the World Mountain flew away. Where would he find that? Who dug a piece of the World Mountain away.

The bigger the World Mountain was, the tougher it was. This was the original body of the World Mountain, even if he dug with full force he might not be able to dig a piece away.
